Placed an online order for a 6-piece Aloha Bbq for $15. Upon arrival they give me a 4- piece Aloha BBQ. The 13- year old manager tells me they slice them differently. They no longer slice in 6 pieces. Meanwhile the slices are the same size just missing 2- pieces. Guess I’m the dumb -9 year customer. Goto the Bedford location and do yourself a favor. Avoid this train wreck location.
Hate to give a 3, because I think this is the best tasting pizza! However, lately the size has shrunk. I don’t mind paying the higher price, but when a “NY large pizza” for $14 looks like a Domino’s $7, it’s a problem. The same issue with the cinnamon stix. Items look anemic inside the box! Sad because Jett’s is the best tasting crust, not sure if it’s worth going out of my way now.
Love their pizza! Was having a hard time getting other pizza places to deliver due to staffing issues. Thought I’d try out Jets and so glad I did. Always arrives very hot and cooked perfectly. Can be a bit on the pricey side, but definitely worth it.
The pizza was $20 and had no flavor. The wings were soggy. Sam's has a pizza that is full of flavor and half the price.
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We ordered 2 pizzas through Uber eats. Apparently they don't make one of the pizza anymore so they just chose to do nothing, shorting us a pizza, and told the driver our order was complete. Upon calling them, they said there was nothing they could so and to call Uber Eats. I've even had TACO BELL rectify the problem with no questions asked when a mistake was made. We will NEVER order pizza from here again.
Absolutely worst service ever. The Manager of the Tarrant doesn't belong in customer service. She is so rude. I will NEVER order from Jet's Pizza again. Ever.
I ordered and paid for pizzas online. Right after I received a call from the store telling me they no longer deliver to my address. They said they would refund my money, but they didn’t.
Be careful when ordering dinner from this location. Especially, if you get the 8 corner.. I have undoubtedly received an old small on more than one occasion. It’s my fault for forgetting to open the box before leaving, but, there is no denying that they use up unsold lunch small 4 corner pizzas to fulfill the 5 o’clock rush. They are dry and basically scream “sucker” at you once you get home. Still a fan, but, make sure you open the box before leaving.. trust me.. you’ll be able to tell.
Be warned about texting to order. They're currently offering 20% off if you text to order, however, they charge more to text than to order online! I texted to order one 8 corner pizza with pepperoni and the price came to $27.27 (without discount and without tip), versus online order which came to $20.56 (without tip). Why are they charging $6.71 more to order via text? Total scam! Shame on them!
Simple. One of the best northern pizzas here. Almost as good as Buffalo New York Pizza. Best by choice not because it's all they got.
