Truly disappointed. I placed a curbside order and headed to pick up. I used the app to notify them I had arrived and received a message that they will bring my order out when it's ready. After about 20 minutes I called the restaurant to check on my order and was on hold for another 20 minutes. I figured they're busy so I may as well check inside. When I walk up there is a sign that says there is a 30-40 minute wait for seating. The hostess station is vacant and I can see three servers in the dining area talking amongst themselves. The hostess walks up to the station and I notified her that I was picking up an order for curbside delivery. She looks at the rack holding the orders and mentions my order. I asked how long that had been sitting there and she said they had just brought it out. When i looked at the receipt it had a time stamp of an hour before. Long story short, I get they were likely busy but it's a little frustrating that I called and I used their apps and they still didn't respond. To top it off, they were all inside joking. I don't think they were all that busy. I'd avoid this place on a Sunday morning and be wary of their curbside. You will have to go inside and get it.

Service was not good. Crowded with lots of people by the front door and no one manning the front desk. This caused several customers to be upset because people that came in AFTER them, were being sat BEFORE them. Finally, a lady (mgr as it turned out) came up to assess the situation. She looked around, then disappeared in to the kitchen, never to return. This was on a Sunday. One of the waitstaff apologized for the manager's abruptness and said that the manager was having a bad day. The waiting customers turned more frustrated so we decided to leave. The restaurant seemed understaffed and in disarray. Maybe another time. I think they need some time to work out their problems.

On a scale of 1-10, the service was a 1. We went through the front door and heard an Uber driver complaining that he had been waiting for 20 minutes. A tall waitress with lots of tattoos was pretty rude to the driver and told him to have a seat and wait like everyone else. Ok... When we got seated, it took what felt like a long time for the waitress to arrive at our table. In the meantime, we listened to the tattooed waitress and a manager (Lynn, I think) try to explain their poor service to an older couple. I watched as the couple left. The couple didn't have to pay because the service was so bad. The manager seemed stressed and was not really very nice to the couple. Before our coffees arrived, we decided to try another breakfast house, as we could tell that our morning meal was going to go down in flames. Sorry IHOP, but we've learned to trust our instincts.

I was excited to get an IHOP around The corner from my house. It’s been open a little while now so I gave it a try. I took my granddaughter and we waited for about 10 minutes at the hostess counter before anyone even acknowledged us. I just contributed this to probably a shortage in staff much like the rest of the country is going through. We finally got seated and my waiter was very friendly and attentive. Here’s where things went wrong. I asked for crispy bacon but instead I received soggy paperthin bacon. I also ordered pancakes. Pancakes cool off quickly so by the time they arrive to my table they were already cold which is no big deal because I’ll put warm syrup on them. Not going to happen. I received four small plastic to go containers with cold syrup in them. I would say this is probably because of Covid but there were salt and pepper shakers on the table, ketchup bottles, and a hot sauce bottle. So I don’t think cross contamination would be the reason for this. I was expecting a little metal syrup pot with warm syrup in it. The menu also seemed very limited compared to what it used to be when I would visit IHOP years ago. this particular IHOP has some work to do.

Excellent as usual except the hash browns we quite brown and hard on top. We had to flip over to get to good part.

Very very poor and slow service each and every time I have visited, or with a friend since they had opened. I quit going for a while, because they just waste your time! It should be a nice relaxing place to enjoy coffee or eat, but constantly waiting repeatedly for another cup of hot water for tea, or hot coffee is ridiculous. My friend had to get up once and go talk to them at the kitchen window to get service. Once we asked for ketchup, and they brought us an empty bottle rushing off before we could tell them. So waited again while our food got cold. I've waited for sugar while my tea gets cold. Today, I tried again because they have pumpkin pancakes. Same thing. No one at the front for 5 minutes, after being seated, no service. When they brought another couple in and immediately started waiting on them, I walked out!! No more wasting my time.

Love this place and all their nummy pancakes! They always have fun and creative specials for the kiddos and during each holiday. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Place is very clean and well kept.

This location was not very busy when we went in and got seated took us forever to get our drinks when we got our food it all came out the same time and was cold. did not complain because you can tell that the waitress was new and she did her best. Needs work on customer service

Driving by... See REESE'S PANCAKES! FULL ?! I had to resist commiting multiple car??? traffic ? violations to get into the parking lot. I could not resist the gravitational ? pull of these pancakes! We were quickly seated by our server Lubna. She was delightfully ? cheerful and attended to our every need. Our coffee ☕ was constantly topped off, our orders were perfect and she made sure to ✅ check and make sure we had everything we needed. The ? chicken fried ? steak was perfect. My eggs were ?️ light and fluffy. Hash browns were crispy and delicious. The Reese's pancakes ? were the ⭐ star ⭐ of the show! Perfect mix of peanut ? butter and ? Reese's pieces ? was mouthwateringly delicious?! 10/10 would come again!

Relatively new location. Wait at door was 6 minutes due to 8-10 un-bussed tables. Food order was placed at 11:33am and was served at 11:48. Pancakes were not hot and server Michelle (who was the best part of the visit) replaced it. I believe this is a good location, better staffing would have resulted in a higher star rating.
