Very disappointed.Horrible service, the 2 cashiers I had to deal with had major attitude when I told them I had a coupon for a free burger after downloading the app. Then after leaving the drive thru lane I checked my bag and saw that they didn't even include the burger.Spent almost $60 for a family of 5 and this place is definitely not worth it especially when you have to put up with the type of people who work at this location.
I am writing this review right here form parking lot . There is people inside chatting but no one is answering phone calls or window at drive thru . I was here at 9:24 pm on 5/29 Sunday and they turned off open sign. Store hours say close at 10 pm on Sundays but people aren't responding to order or anything . I saw 2 more cars leaving before me. Management needs to train staff and give them warnings. This is not acceptable
Not great. Burgers are average at best and way overpriced. In and out is about 1/2 the price and way better. Got a chocolate malt and it tasted like chocolate milk (with cheap chocolate syrup).Made the mistake of going inside to order, and seeing how dirty the place is. Mess all over the floor, just not a place you'd choose to eat at!I'd go to Culvers instead, any day of the week. better, fresher food, infinitely better custard, and much friendlier staff.Does anyone know what good customer service is anymore?
Pretty much a Steak & Shake (do those still exist ?) but a little bit pricier. Nothing spectacular ✨️. Could of went to the Braums next door and saved $$ and gotten a bigger Oreo?shake for the same price
Great food, but employees curse really loudly in the kitchen area, which my young kids can hear. I find it to be very disrespectful!
Great sundaes! I wish the staff would wear gloves while making them though because they go from taking orders on the register to the ice cream station with bare hands.
Absolutely love Freddie's. Good food. Quick. Keller location staff if friendly and speaks to you unlike the Euless location. The shoe string fries are the best.
Laziest place ever. Who puts a car in the drive through 20 minutes before closing so no one can order!? Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless they fire their whole night shift with a fresh crew who wants to work .
Quite a nice fast food burger joint. I personally don't like most fastfood burgers such as McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King etc. However, I really enjoyed the burger I had here. I haven't tried any custard but I can bet it's pretty good.
For me? It is the fries. Those skinny little french fries are ever so delicious. The burgers are excellent, as well. The booth my son and I sat in included a USB and AC port for the always-toting-a-computer side of me, a nice touch.
