Well, since you don't have a phone number so that I can call you. I guess I'll have to leave my comment on here. Stopped by after work to pick up supper. The young man informed me at the window that they didn't have the 3 pieces dark, they only had one leg and one thigh. ( what are you gonna do about the other customers that want the dark meat?) So he offered a wing or breast. Then when I get home (I live 6 miles from this store) my 4 piece tenders looked like it was partial tenders. Not like what you normally get from Chicken Express. To say the least, I'm not happy. And the fact that you don't list a phone number makes me even more displeased.

It's pretty annoying that you can't call this location. The tea was old. Literally just ordered tea because they USUALLY have good tea. In fact, I've NEVER had bad tea from any location EVER and I've been ordering their tea since I was a child. But today, their tea tastes like it's been sitting there all day. HIGHLY disappointed and definitely won't be returning. Good thing it's on sale right now because I'd definitely take it back and get a refund if it wasn't. Absolutely disgusting! Please retrain your employees on how to make fresh tea.

New owners take notice. My family enjoys the food offering about once a week. My purchase was around 6:15 May 2nd Monday night and was very disappointing. The portions were about 1/2 what they have been on the fish and chicken. The chicken was small but tasted ok. The fish was small, dry and had no flavor. The appearance was normal but lacked flavor in the fish and crust. We ordered corn nuggets on both meals but received corn on the cob. The fries were pretty good and close to previous meals. In about 2 weeks I will give the location another chance to redeem, if no changes are made, we will not be back.

First time purchasing from this location last night (4/26/22) after my son’s soccer practice. Chicken tenders and rolls were good. However, the gravy tasted sour and very salty which ruined my mashed potatoes so all went in the trash. Very disappointed. For the $30+ cost, I would hope the employees would quality control check the food before serving it. I’ve never had an issue at the Roanoke location so going back there in the future.

I am not sure why I keep going back here. My orders have been wrong the last three times I have been. The price has gone up and the portion size has gone way down. The tenders are not much larger than nuggets and not enough fries to fill the bag they come in. Its almost like the are cutting tenders in half. Keller seems to be the only location that has this issue. Hopefully someone fixes this because its BAD

Grease chickenIt's good. Kids love it. Not me. Ok

My husband went to this location last night 1/24/22 at around 7pm. He purchased a family fish combo which is an 8pc, as well as a 3pc fish combo. When we got home we noticed that the hush puppies was dark and hard and the fish was on the salty side. So I called and spoke to a lady named Emily I think. She told me she'd call me back because she wanted to taste the fish that Hank was cooking. I didn't get a call back and we was hungry, so my husband went to take the food back. When he got there Emily told him that all the fish was coming from the same batch meaning it would taste the same. She also stated we should come back today and she'd put our name in the book. We just left there at 2pm and was told by the manager that Emily didn't leave my name in the book and she can't be contacted until Thursday, she's gone outta town on a family emergency. We we asked her can she call Emily to verify what happened she said no we asked her can we speak to to somebody else and she stated the general manager Farrah would be in at 5. We asked for a refund, and she stated Emily should've done that last night. We asked for corporate information and she told us there isn't a corporate number, they are individually owned, And she couldn't get us in contact with the owner. Here's the problem... Emily took the food back, didn't give a refund, and didn't put our name in the book so other than what's on our bank statement, There's no proof of purchase, Because she took the receipt from my husband last night. Emily said she needed the receipt for her records. The level of unconcern on a $42.00 purchase which left us without dinner is unacceptable to me. I did find that there is a corporate office in which I called and I'm waiting for a call back. I come here at least once a week. But after today I'll never spend money with this company ever again, they are too unprofessional. I thought I found a new establishment to visit, as I just moved to Texas. But this place left a bad taste in my mouth the way they took our money and disregarded the entire situation. Customer service is dead. Covid shut down has taught these companies nothing.

The quality of food at this facility can vary from good to really bad which is what we got tonight. Nothing in the box was anywhere near warm, the chicken had been cooked for a long time & was tough. They recently raised their prices but cannot produce consistent food quality.

This used to be a great little chicken place, but I've been here about 3x over the last 3 months and it's on a serious downward spiral. The strips are usually dry and old, they continually screw up the orders, and just really have an apathetic attitude about customer service. And yet their prices go up. We'll just head to Cane's, where they consistently have good food.
