had to get rid of half my toppings making my 14 dollar burger a shell of its former self because the employees didnt pay attention to the fact that i took off the onions. they were caked into my cheese so pretty much didnt get that. Luckily the avocado was part of the burger i ordered but other wise it would have cost me $1.15 for literally a slice of avocado. Terrible first meal
Went late right before closing got the Knockout burger and fries. Burger was half price with side purchase grand opening special. The patty itself was large and seasoned and was all of a half pound. Typically burgers just get salted this patty had a definite seasoning mix which I enjoyed. The bin was light and did fine conveying the ingredients to my mouth without falling apart or being to bready. Overall very good burger. The fries seemed good a didn't really get to try but a couple as my wife gobbled them up pretty quick. The burger made it home better than the fries but both did well. 4 stars because the burger came as on the menu. Typically burgers here seem to be a la carte make as you want since I had a pre-designed one I didn't even think but it had no condiments no ketchup, mayo, mustard? I fault me and the menu design on that one. Overall tasty and filling so go again. Also price is normal for this type of establishment not good or bad although I always think double digits for a hamburger is rough.
We’ve been coming for years and today we visited the new location. Has always been 5 stars but not sure why they are pre toasting their burger buns!!!! Our burgers were great except for the part of the bun that gets toasted on the grill. That part was hard….as if had been sitting on the grill way too long!?! This has never happened before so not sure why and hope this isn’t the way things will be in the future.
Almost didn’t even make it in the door due to their ridiculous signs that say, “mask required at all times, unless at the table to eat.” Mandates aren’t laws, and the governor lifted the mandate anyway, you can’t have signs like that posted and expect your business to do well. Food and service were just okay, went in massless despite the sign prepared to leave if asked, and they didn’t enforce it, but a lot of people were complaining about the same thing.
Good prices for the great quality food. Just brought my husband here for his first time and he loves it now just as much as me!
Came to have lunch while at the car show at keller town square. All of the "available" seating. Two booths and three tables blocked for "social distancing". 20+ customers in line to order with no other available seating. He is continuing to take people's orders with no seating. I guess they expects you to pay $50 for three burgers and fries and eat it standing. The least they could do is ask if you still want to orders they don't have any seats. Vary poor planning for a busy weekend. Vary disappointed.
Champs uses Angus Beef for their burgers. The toppings and condiments are always fresh. Great cheese, Cajun, and sweet potato fries.
Burgers are good, unfortunately they will not allow enter their restaurant without a mask so for that they just lost my business.
Love getting burgers here, as they are NOT greasy and use Nolan Ryan beef. They make them however you want (I like the Baby Chaps, which is 1/4 pound, and get with swiss cheese. Great onion rings, too
The burgers were amazing. For a good price
