Went in looking for a specific shoe. Ray went out of his way to get me that shoe in my size from another location on the same day. Excellent service!!
Said they would have repair done by next day, but took almost a week. Didn’t offer any suggestions on how to remedy issue with tire. Customer service was subpar. I would not recommend this place. I should’ve gone to Colonel’s in Fort Worth, but decided to give this place a try since I moved to the area.After reading your response, I should add that you told me on the phone it would be a about a day, I went to your shop and then you said a couple of days, then I called three days later and you said by the end of the week. I came here because it was the only place around opened on Monday. So I waited until Friday, called, and you said some time next week. This irritated me because the initial turn around was a couple of days which I was fine with, but was hoping for the original time frame of next day so I could get to riding ASAP. I actually did call and express my frustration. You told me my bike was accidentally tagged with someone else’s repair or the wrong information and you would get to it right away. So you did the job quickly and trued/worked on the wheel. I appreciated the responsiveness after the vent, but it doesn’t take away from the overall delay and excuse that it was marked incorrectly. I also asked you what I should do to get the wheel in shape and it was explained that it’s rideable. The ride wasn’t smooth and there was a hop on the rear tire. I’m not blaming the hop on you, but some additional diagnostics/suggestions would’ve been nice other than “it’s rideable.” I would’ve been fine with purchasing a new wheel or whatever needed to be done to make it solid. It’s insulting to Colonel’s, a very reputable bike shop, to assume they would use such tactics like writing a “bogus” review.
Incredible experience every time I walk in. Personable, knowledgeable, honest. There are lots of bike shops in the area, I’ve been to most, but this is now my go-to.
My wife kept the bike she had since she was a teenager, and my daughter decided she wanted it. You can imagine it needed service after sitting for 20+ years! I brought it to Cadence and they recommended new tires and brakes. Understanding my 10-year-old is not aiming to be a pro cyclist, they did not recommend a bunch of high-end parts or services, just what we needed for the bike to ride well and be safe. They also lubricated it and adjusted the shifters. The result is an old bike that rides like new! Thanks guys!!

I ordered my bike over a month ago. I live in Little Rock, AR. From the time I ordered, to pick up (today), I spoke to 3-4 people at different times and dealt with 3 people today. Customer service was 10/10 with every interaction. Excellent experience
Ordered a pair of tires, price was fair and ship time normal, but when the tires arrived they were oddly packaged in a tall, slender box and came out with misshapen beads. We'll see how they seat on the rim, but the packaging was definitely strange so first impressions are not stoked.
I took my stroller tire in today to be replaced. Super fast, easy and affordable. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend for your tire needs!
