More than once we’ve gotten traditional wings from this location the Original Buffalo sauce was put on light and the wings were dry/tough. The previous time I went they gave me less dipping sauce than I ordered, went back in to get more, and unfortunately locked myself out of my car (not their fault, but sucks to not trust they get the order right and not, costing me a locksmith to come open my car).
I've had take-out & utilize the Doordash option for my orders. This location has been notoriously slow getting out online & delivery orders. One night I watched six different Doordash drivers accept my order & turnaround to unassign themselves because the wait time was between 45-60 minutes per an employee I spoke with over the phone to find out what the issue was. This wait time was on top of the estimated time already given to me by Doordash. By the time my food was delivered it was an hour and 45 minutes after I initially placed my order. The last time I ordered online & picked up myself, I chose a Monday evening hoping to avoid this issue. I still had to wait 15 minutes past my estimated pick up time. Went inside to check the status of my order & literally only 5 tables were being utilized by dine-in customers who already received their food & the rest of the place was empty. I get having enough staff is an ongoing issue for a lot of places right now. But unfortunately for this location, this was an issue way before the pandemic, which prompted me to seek other places that are faster in the first place. They get a three star because their food is good & the staff has always been nice when I pick up.
Dined in late 10:30 pm, food came out tasting delicious. Waiter was bomb and brought everything out quick along with water. We came in after being outside so it was nice to get that water refill. Got the Asian zing and garlic Parmesan which was so good, along with a large fry (and e already started eating so the photos aren’t full dishes, sorry was hungry) which was good for four. Only reason for the 4 stars is that it smells like a gym locker coming in lol food was still bomb though.
We came in tonight and the hostess' attitude made us leave. She huffed and acted irritated that we were even there. When I told her we had 5 people she rolled her eyes and then tried to seat at a tiny table with 4 chairs. I repeated that we have 5 people and asked to sit in a different place. The restaurant was EMPTY. She rolled her eyes again and said no. So we left. I have honestly never walked out of a restaurant in my life. I waitressed for years, my husband was a line cook, I've worked as a hostess and a dishwasher. It takes a lot to make me leave a restaurant. But tonight was ridiculous. You should choose who greets your patrons more carefully.
Great service, even though we were there on a busy Tuesday evening. Very attentive waitress, cleared plates and refilled our drinks before we even asked. Took longer than we were hoping but I guess it's to be expected on their buy one/get one half off night.
Total disappointment, half of our orders were delivered literally within 3 to 5 minutes after we ordered them, cheese sticks and boneless wings but they were almost cold, and the wings looked like they were reheated a couple times. The the rest of our order, a burger and ultimate nachos, took over 40 minutes to get to our table. The burger was fine but the nachos were weird, the melted cheese was cold and some stuff was warm. The tip I left it was only because of the server. He really tried and he did a good job. This was not my first time here, I honestly might not comeback to this place.
Absolutely terrible! The boneless wings were very tiny, much smaller than years ago. My daughter thought the Mac and cheese was disgusting and it took more than 45 minutes to get a to go order to take home to the wife after my daughter got sick while eating. There was no apology for the delay, no discount offered, no real acknowledgment of the issues at all. Will never go back to any BWW as long as I live.

Apparently not the place to order take out. Ordered 2 of the 10piece boneless wing bundles, neither one has the desert heat we asked for. It was cold and the fries were stale and old. We were told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We were there in 25 to ensure we got it hot, and it took them another 20 minutes or so to bring it out. Our in person experience on previous visits have been even worse.
Great wings, delicious nachos but I surprisingly loved the smoked brisket sandwich. I was in the mood for something different and was pleasantly surprised. The French fries could be better. Great place to watch a game and hang out with friends.
