Staff is always friendly but their chicken sandwiches aren’t good anymore. The chicken club used to have generous sized chicken breasts and was a good size sandwich. Now they are clearly smaller and not as good. Ice cream is still good of course.
I was surprised to pull into a parking lot for ice cream and their was a line around the building. The place was completely packed. Happy Mother's Day everyone had ice cream and burgers I suppose. Everything was just as ordered and for as busy as they were we didn't have but about a 12vminutes from start to leave in the drive thru.
Rude staff and cup wasn't even remotely full. Asked the staff about sizes and was just dismissed with attitude.Stirred my ice cream and it had a huge gap and partially filled.Oh and it was to go with no lids.Braums you need to do better.
We went on a weekday so less traffic on road and inside the restaurant. Well kept, managed and stocked. Clean place, smiling faces and one of the best ice cream places.
Good ice cream selection. And delicious shakes. Burgers are decent. Crinkle cut fries - always good! My fave item strangely enough are the chicken tenders. Nice crust to chicken ratio. Drive thru is always busy, but goes by fast. Good for adults and kids.
Not a good experience tonight: One young guy working 3 different registers and he kept scratching his curly hair in between scooping ice cream and had no gloves on (i got out of line for ice cream after realizing this). It was a huge mess behind the ice cream counter! It was filthy on most tables, the ice was out, napkins were out, and overall it was a big disaster!
I am amazed how inexpensive it is to take my family here for ice cream. It is pretty good quality and a great price. Plus, they have low calorie options to choose from.
It was great I love the salads and the guy at the register even gave me some wet napkins to wash my hands off I was at the drive through
We love Braums and have eaten at this location several times before and haven't quite had this same experience! There was definitely enough employees but it seemed only two (sometimes only one) actually preparing the food...they need better management! The wrong foods was going to the wrong customers several times while we dinned inside! People waited a very long time for food and the orders were not correct! OWNERS need to train management! Otherwise the food was good!
If there was the option for no star, I would have picked that. Yesterday, Sunday November 14th, 2021 the service was terrible. My meal was rung up wrong and the manager became so frustrated in trying to fix it. Our friend with us took her burger back two times. I don't know who would exactly be responsible for the lack of training in this establishment. You might say the manager. However corporate knows if these locations are staffed and if it's employees have been trained. I understand it's a hard time to get employee's. However, we sit there over an hour and only three other customers and this was during the Sunday rush. Where were the customers that usually fill this place? It might be the employees are not trained and if you're not trained, how can you offer a customer anything. When you have to tell the employee how to make your sundae that you ordered...you might have a problem...
