I ordered delivery and my order was delivered 20 minutes passed the promised time and the driver said that it was because my order was not ready. I finally received my order and was very disappointedI paid for all flats and an extra dressing. Not only did I not get all flats but they also mixed up my 2 wing orders. The extra dressing was missing and the wings had been cooked to long.
This is got to be the WORST Wing Stop I ever been to. The customer service is horrible. If the kids thats working there would stop playing with each other maybe they can get something right. First I called my order in she told me 20 minutes it took over an hour. When I did get my order the chicken it was soaked in grease to where it was coming threw the bag..
If I could leave no star I would . The worst experience at a wingstop! I called in my order 38 mins ago after a long day of work. Ask her to repeat my order , she said she got me. Get there pay for my order and they gave my order away. And also didn’t get my order correct, I proceed to ask for refund . No manager in sight I would think there would be one with all these bad reviews, didn’t get my refund. Highly upset!Waisted my money, and gas. Everyone behind the counter looked lost. The worst wingstop in Houston! Don’t waste your time and money.

The young soft spoken cashier with glasses and purple hair was so delightful and very efficient with our family pack.. First time there and it was nicee. Will highly recommend it and return back..
At 8:30 pm we drove here and my boyfriend went inside to order and he was told that they are not taking anymore orders and then had the doors locke on us... we are highly disappointed...we went to the wing stop right off I10 after and had no problems with them taking our order or receiving service....
Very nice restaurant. Good food. The staff was pleasant and accommodatingThe manager was able to help me with my menu choice.
