We ordered via their website and door dash was suppose to deliver. We were finally notified by wing stop that our order had been ready but door dash did not pick it up. We had to them drive to wing stop to pick up our cold food. When my husband asked to speak with manager, the front helper refused. Not for happy that we paid for a service and a tip and were blown off.

Manager Miguel yelled at me after they messed up my order calling me a liar. He got uncomfortably close and told me to never come back again and they are the ones who have messed up my order multiple times!!! Funny how other reviews are regarding his management skills, I used to love this wing-stop and look forward to it. This ruined my liking to the franchise as a whole! I do not wish of this man to loose his job but please, somebody train him properly. He needs to know he cannot get that close to a customer and yell at them, I felt threatened!

I have always been a fan of Wing Stop and go regularly... unfortunately I have to find a new wing place because I will not return until some changes happen.This location needs a new manager. The manager- Miguel is unprofessional and unhelpful.My husband placed an online order and I when I went to pick it up- they didn't have my order. I tried to show Miguel the email confirmation on my phone to prove I was at the right location and it was paid for by credit card. He stuck his hands in my face and kept repeating we don't have it.I wasn't even mad- I was even willing to cancel my first order and have them redo it there at the restaurant. When I clicked on my online order to cancel it- it directed me to contact the restaurant to cancel the order.Miguel at this point was not willing to give me a refund and wasn't willing to fulfil my first order- he wanted me to pay for a new order! - He then proceeded to tell me he "didn't have time for this" all while sticking his hands in my face!I ended up leaving without food or a refund. Had to call my credit card to dispute the charges.****** This is a side note since I saw another review saying they didn't get their cash change: When I first got there- the lady before me had to ask for her change when she paid cash. I thought it was an honest mistake but after reading the last few reviews- this seems to happen too often.*****UPDATE: 3/14/2022We got a survey in our email for our experience and actually got a message from the district manager. He apologized and refunded our money- which I'm grateful. Unfortunately, I still will not return until they get a new manager.

Wings and cajun is awesome. They need to figure out what is wrong with their phone system though so we can call in orders while we're driving home. It just kept saying wait for prompt over and over and never rang anyone.

The absolute worst wing stop I have ever visited horrible. The people that work there barely understand English orders are always wrong !!!! I absolutely hate this location. Ives tryed speaking with a manager on numerous occasions nobody is ever around. The music is always over loud they never ever hear the phones ringing. Wing stop should be embarrassed to even have these people running there store ! If a manager sees this please Contact me

Quick pick up, order took less than 10 mins to get ready.Friendly staff and good food as always!The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

Worst customer service experience ever. My order was delivered incorrectly, store made no attempts to correct the issue and send a replacement order or issue a refund. It's impossible to get in touch with the manager Miguel, if he actually exists. I've called the corporate office multiple times and they have not helped either.I've never had such a hard time getting refunded for a mistake made by a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and never order from wingstop.

This place is the WORST! After ordering from this place several times, I have found my order jacked up in more ways than one. The staff is by far very rude when you tell them about it. Again, this has happened more than once, and tonight is it. I will not be doing business with them, as I am missing 10 wings, after calling the store, the rude and inconsiderate so-called manager said come back and get them! after I said I got them delivered... he went back and forth about it and had no sense of care! Don't come to this crazy store!

Horrible….wings have gotten so small it’s ridiculous. You have to open every container to check your order because most of the time it’s wrong. Correct amount of wings this time, but over half we’re super small. When I questioned staff, they said “that’s what it is”. And these were NOT the discounted $.70/wing…this was full price. Been going since the first week they opened. Never again.

Be careful at this location! Always ask for your receipt especially if you pay both cash and card, as your money may be pocketed. Miguel did not refund my money and claims to not know where my money went even though he was the one that took my order. He simply shrugged his shoulders. On my receipt he placed that I received $20 back in change, when that did not happen, so that way he wouldn't be "over" in his cash register drawer. His initial "solution" was to give me free wings with my next order. I simply wanted my $20 back. His own coworker tried to speak up and told him that I did pay in cash, but he refused to let her speak. He also refused to check the cameras. He also lied about the situation afterwards to authorities. Go to another location!!!
