I walked in at 11:30 pm on a Saturday, 30 minutes until closing; the cashier told me they were closed; if so, the owner needs to update their store hour from 12AM to 11:30 PM; it's more than enough time before they call for the last call. I don't know how the owner feels when an employee turning away his customer causes losing money in his pocket.
Wings were hot and tasty. Service was fast servers were kind, location was clean. Overall was a win!
We waited over an hour for our wings after they fixed the wrong wings. The wings were good and so were the fries once I finally got home.
I dont know about yall but I'm getting either really really large wings or absolutely tiny wings. I think they had a chicken shortage and used turkey wings and quail legs.
I honestly don’t even think this location deserves a star . They don’t answer there phone nor read instructions. Customer service is terrible. I have been going to wing stop for years and love it , but this location is ruining it for me. I asked for extra well done, they came out extra soggy . they won’t answer there phone. I paid almost forty dollars for the most nastiest blob of food. I can’t believe this!!
they don't listen or they can't read. My boyfriend & I recently moved to Katy from Pearland Tx, not a big difference but the customer service & quality of food is 100% better & they go above & beyond in Pearland.At this location (Katy), we requested our fries to be extra well done, meaning you leave it the fryer longer than the initial time but I'm guessing they can't read or understand the request. We also ask for our wings to be extra wet , meaning you put a little more sauce in the wing box. Again, they were as dry as KFC chicken. Very upsetting to experience poor quality from them. Please do better & higher better employees who can read a screen & understand it. Won't be coming back to this location ever.
The wings were terrible. They were soaked in sauce. Just look at the fries not cooked. For the price this is unacceptable.
Slowest Wingstop ever! The online ordering was down today, so I called to place an order. The line just rang & rang. So I assume they must be busy. I decide to go order in person. Walk in while still on the phone with the line ringing. Only one customer waiting for her order. One employee sitting at a table writing in a notebook, another employee making himself a drink, one man was cleaning, spraying with a hose & a female was leaned up against a counter reading the notices on the fridge. No orders being made, no big rush like I was expecting. The guy at the table finally comes around to take my order. As he was turning around, the female knocked over a table that contained the fryer baskets. Two of them landed on the floor, they guy that took the order picked up one, she picked up the other & they just stuck them back on the fryer for further use. Never took them to be cleaned. I heard the phone ringing during the 25 minutes I spent waiting for my food & no one ever acknowledged it until right before I left. The guy finally answered & took an order. I hate to complain, I know these are young adults, but they need to change these habits. Anytime something falls on the floor it should be taken away from the food area and cleaned properly.
Brought my daughter in here for her bday dinner just now. It was all she asked for after school. They told us it would be a 45 minute wait with all the tables open in the restaurant. The reason was because they had to fulfill the door dash orders before serving in house customers. This place is trash, what kind of service is that. There are new wing places close, I guess today is the day we start going to other places instead. The food is not great anyway, my daughter just likes it. Hopefully she likes this new place
I ordered wings online and was told to arrive in 21-26 minutes. I arrived at 19 minutes after placing the order and paid and was then ignored for 15 minutes. There were employees standing around and doing nothing while I waited and waited. There were other people in the restaurant that had waited a long time for their food also. The manager didn't do anything or show that he cared that I had waited for a long time. I finally got fed up and walked out. The manager called to tell us he had refunded our money and "taken a picture of it for ownership" what ever that means. I do not recommend this location. We have had much better service at the Wing Stop on Spring Green in Katy. It's worth the extra drive for good service.
