You guys are literally robbing people. The pure incompetence and disregard for its customers is astounding to me. I’m genuinely surprised this place is still running. Treat your customers who call in better and who order on the app. There’s no way communication should be this hard. I still haven’t got a response or resolution!!!! I had to call corporate.
Literally the quickest and most accurate service I’ve gotten in a long time. I usually always order online and pick up from the Fairfield location off 290, and every time I wait a while to show up because I know they are slow but still end up having to wait an extra 15 20 minutes. They also always forget something. We chose this location just because we were coming back into town. I ordered online and we were only about 5 minutes away. We came in and only had to wait like 3 minutes!! Everyone there was actually working. And the order was correct! If it wasn’t so much out of the way this location would definitely be a go to.
Never had problem until today. Ordered wings for the family. Went home, opened up and saw a wing that was half eaten in our order. Who does this kind of nasty thing?Edit: talk to manager and she remake the order. She tries to tell me that sometime the wing caught in the machine and it came like that. I wish I took a pic, but if the wing was broken up in the frier, should the expose meat got fried by the oil and looked golden brown like the skin around it? The meat was white, like someone pick up the wing took a bite and there was also looks like teeth mark on the wing. ?
Jesus and david are the best. Always working hard and make sure all orders are made right. I loved those guys always friendly and helpful, restaurant is always very clean and nice, I really recommend this place is the best in Katy.

I love wingstop. But why can’t I order anything on DoorDash? They always give me a notification that it’s out of their happy hour or something. I wanna order wingstop like twice a week, but they’re preventing me from doing that on DoorDash.
When in to pick up my food, asked to use the restroom and girl very rudely said no but you can use some hand sanitizer. I told her that’s not cool and she said I can act crazy . It was only 10pm. I still Paid for a Combo meal with a soda , they had no ice and over cooked my chicken. I called the manager the next day and advised him the staff at night on there cell phone locking the restroom early and has water all over the floor. They want to leave at midnight and not clean up after closing. I will never go to this location again.
I’m sure the food is good but when I called and tried to call and place my order who ever answered the phone was soooooo unprofessional like he was high at work I wasn’t sure if I was calling wing stop by the way they answered I expected “wing stop how may I help you”.. instead I got a “hello.” And that’s it nothing more. me being confused if I was calling the right number I had to ask “um… is this wing stop?” His response was “Yeah..” and it my not sound like a big deal but just the way it was answered, what or how it was said or maybe the tone I decided not to place my order here it was just so careless. Really need to train your employees how to answer the phone at a business because it totally turned me away from ordering.
Great place to come in and relax, eat and watch the game. Great customer service and very clean store.
These were the fries they gave me. No seasoning, cold, and burnt by old oil. Stay away from this location. Management is terrible starting with owner who does not care at all.
