Placed a nice size order for pickup waiting pass the pickup time to get there just incase, the store was packed when I walked in the lady told me they are working on your order right now, I sat down looked at my phone FB etc and when I looked up all the people in the store was gone even people after me, then I was told there was so many orders we gonna take your food out now, pretty much gave my food to the people who was standing in the store before me, wont be going back to this location.
The guy who works I the front of this place is really aggressive with the people who works for Door Dash. It's my third time having inconvenients with him (he is an Hispanic, I know because he speaks Spanish and wear glasses) just to let you know who I'm talking about. He is zero tolerance with us, and even if we say the name of te costumers order he said, "don't show me the phone" and "please don't come with that attitude" when is him who is very mean. I saw different people who works as a delivery having the same problem with this guy. Please remember him that every single who comes to the restaurant is a costumer, even if is a delivery person o a hundred dollar shopper. Everyone deserve the same respect. Maybe he is not good for costumer service so better if he works in the back or zero contact with clients.
My daughters ordered doordash from this facility and when one of my daughters had bit into her chicken it was still raw. she called up telling them because she was concerned because she bit into raw chicken and asked them if they checked the chicken before sending it out for delivery. all the guy knew was that she had to bring it back to get a refund or cooked chicken, if she could she wouldn't have doordashed. all the Spanish guy had so say was that she needed to come up there and all she wanted was an answer on why they didn't double check their cooking before they sent out for delivery
Hour long wait even after online estimating a ~20 minutes wait
I visit here often but today was the worst! The cook was refrying the chicken. My chicken was fried twice. My chicken was tuff and over cooked. When I took the chicken back the Supervisor beat me getting mad about food I paid for. The Supervisor was so rude and disrespectful I am calling the cooperate office. The food and customer service was beyond unprofessional and unacceptable.
Ordered online and food was ready almost 30 minutes after expected. They only care about their door dash customers. Also, a lady cut in line in front of everyone and they didn't do anything. Food itself was dry only a few minutes after getting it, was it even fresh?
Horrible location. Night manager Jose is very rude and unprofessional. After an hour wait for an online order he said he couldn't refund my purchase and after he made wings that were greasy, oil in the bottom of the tray. I refused that poorly prepared order. Never had a problem with any other Wingstop. Even though I work nearby I will not return also will inform my coworkers about this specific location.
Placed order online and went to pick up at time it said order would be ready and 30 minutes later still didn’t have the order. Asked how long and I was told “I don’t know” I used to love Wingstop service and food quality is going downhill
Wings tasted great. Like their fries too.
I have been waiting for my food for 45 mins and still waiting. This isn’t right.
