Why cook some wings fresh and then give 12 horribly over cooked wings and then when calling the store no answer. I understand it’s close to closing but if it was done correctly the first time then I wouldn’t have to call to get issue fixed. Of course I had to door dash it so I couldn’t see what I was getting until it arrived smh. Just horrible. Was not edible at all.
We are from SC and this is a little taste of home when we are in the Katy area. The wings were hot and crispy and the chicken and friends was on point!

Food took over 40 mins to come out. Boneless Wings are really small . Kids burger bun was old . Fries came out hard and cold . My daughters chicken fingers were burnt looking . Will not be back . Don’t waste your time or money .
I’ve been coming here well over 10years. The last few years the service has been nothing to boast about but the wait time of the worst. Literally waiting 2+ HOURS and still no wings. We had to ask for our 3 appetizer we ordered. And it is NOT busy at all! I’ve been here on a busy night and it’s dead in here. Yeah, I know our table alone ordered 108 bone in and 12 boneless but are they using damn easy back over sized fryer…. No way it takes that long. Also, only 60 of those 120 came out hot, the rest were cold. This happens every time we come here. And I mean every time. The manager did come offer a % off but not enough to make a difference. This is not the place to come if you’re in a hurry or if you’re extremely hungry!!! We love the food and the variety of wing flavors but they really need either more fry stations and or cooks….. somethings got to change.
