I am literally at the window right now... I asked for a chocolate shake... And it looked and taste vanilla. I asked the window attendant if this was supposed to be vanilla she said yes. I let her know it wasn't. She said, hand that to me and walked away.. then came back with the exact same thing. I guess they aren't putting enough chocolate mix in the machine because that one was vanilla. It's been about 10 min.. She never said anything curtious and still hasn't came back to the window. I wanna drive away.
Now I know why the lines are long at the whataburger. They can't even get the orders right. I ask for 3 milkshake. They one give me 2. I'm waiting the drive thru to tell the about the 3rd one. The said it was going to take 5 minutes cause they just drop the mix in. But the other lady said it was ready. Nope won't go back again
I asked what was on the what-a-catch sandwich and was told lettuce and tarter sauce. Guess what? It had tomatoes on it, and I hate tomatoes on my fish. It wasn't hot either. My fries were old and refried. With as many customers that were there, nothing should have been cold or old. If the employees were not playing, maybe it would not have been cold. This is the first time I've had this problem at this location. I wasn't given or even offered a receipt.
Didn't like that I had to wait over 10 min for a egg & potato taco. Also had to ask for more egg due to the skimpy portion given (like seriously looked thrown together). The manager was a young guy that seemed preoccupied by what the grill staff + drive thru person was doing which caused him to rush through my order then yelled out for someone else to "come help me'. Overall just ok. Breakfast taco was good.
So a previous review was bad and I am sad to report that it has not improved. Two cars in the drive thru and 1 person inside when we arrived. We went inside to get a to go order. 26 minutes later I had to ask for our food, after seeing countless drive thru orders being processed. Our food was sitting there and just had not been given to us. The food naturally was cold and not very good. No one at this location seems to care anymore. I will no longer come to this store. At least we gave them a second chance but never a third.
Still surprised that the awesome service they provide is still being offered at this location considering the degradation of this area. The manager here really understands the importance of providing great service. I don't mind the long lines because the service is wonderful. The food is fresh too.
I go here because it’s close to the house but their customer service is slipping badly. You mess up a customers order & then you expect the customer to pay the price literally again.No I apologize or anything.Guys we have to do better I advise we start eating at home so that this location can get it together…maybe google a different location that has better service because this isn’t it!!!! Where is the No star sign…
I haven't been to one in years. I'm from Georgia and we definitely need a Whataburger there. Best burger I've had in years. Better than any other burger joints. Definitely going to miss it!
Disappointed in the quality and of the food and service. My 20 year old daughter went through the drive through to order lunch for our family. The order included 2 kids meals, 3 regular meals, a bun less mushroom Swiss burger and 2 chocolate chip cookies (they no longer have cookies as an option in the kids meals). The order totaled around $44. When my daughter arrived home she realized they forgot to include the mushroom Swiss burger in the order. She returned to Whataburger to get the burger and again told “mushroom Swiss burger without the bun”. They gave her the order ON THE BUN. Not wanting to go through the drive through a third time she just decided to remove the bun herself before the cheese stuck to it. Once she gets home and we start eating, the sprite drinks in the kids meals were just carbonated water, not sprite. Disappointing for your kids to receive carbonated water when they are expecting sprite. For $44 I expect the order to be correct, and least by the second attempt, and the drinks to actually be sprite.
The order started off casual but qhen I asked the guy about a particular item he seemed to get upset about repeating himself. So after placing my complete order while he was listing off the order I pull up (while he was still talking) to the window. At the window he realized it was me and said something to another employee disrespectfully so I told hem to say it to me personally. Once again if you dont like dealing with people then get out of the service industry. Teach your employees better, this didnt deserve 1 star!
