Omg. Where to start..... I don't like to post negative things, but we went through the drive thru for 3 kids meals and 1 small hamburger all the way. When we finally got our order. All kids meal wrong and no hamburger. Went up the the drive through door for the second time. Someone told me to come inside to fix it. I go inside, hand them my order receipt and explained all meals wrong. Waited another 15 mins for my order. They were soooooo slow. They had like 20 people working too.? Get my order then continue on our trip. My friend started handing out the meals to each kid and they only put 1 chicken strip instead of two. Even if they were in training. Why would someone only put in one chicken strips??!. ? Not a sorry for your mess or a dang free cookie. ?
The employee on shift Friday night tried to say they’re closed and that they went open for dine in when they definitely were. People were eating inside. The signage posted on the door stated they were open til 3am and she said no they changed it to next week. So we make up time & dates that your open. Went to a Whataburger down the street where I had much better service
Customers should not fall asleep in the drive through. It makes my fries cold.
Ordered online at 10:45pm for pickup at 11pm. Got to the counter right at 11pm and saw my order on the screen. Then some guy which I assumed was a manager (wearing nice buton up polo) pressed a button and then it was gone. I was thinking maybe that they made it already and was just a second away from coming out to me. Boy was I wrong. I waited 5 more minutes and asked the cashier to check on my order and she asked around for a bit and then came back and says that it's going to be made next. I said "What!" Then I asked her if it got accidentally deleted and she couldnt give me a straight answer but nodded silently. She was nice and at the time it was but overwhelming because of a lot of people but still, I tried to be proactive and ordered before the 11pm rush. I finally got my food at 11:17pm.
They took the 2 best things off the menu, the chicken fajita tacos and the monterey burger. Just cause you got bought out by Yankees don't change the Texas flavors.
Looking for a hamburger ? it's always Whataburger.Good food and good people.
We ordered a strawberry shake and a small fry. The fries were cold and stale. I gave it back and they brought me the same fries. The strawberry shake had been sitting for awhile and was very melted and not even filled. I really want to like whataburger but I've never had a good experience.
Always have had a good experience. The food is always fresh. The staff is friendly with great service.
Drive through staff not on the ball. I go here at night after work and half the time, no napkins, plastic forks, and missing food items. I use the app, and I love it, but still wait in the drive-through line for however long it takes and then my order is wrong or short.
As someone who recently moved to Texas I can’t get enough whataburger. The burgers are great on Texas toast or a regular bun, and the fries and onion rings are yummy too. Ask for spicy ketchup!
