This review is on April 28th 2022, after 12 midnight, (graveyard shift). They must have hired some really great new staff because that’s who I dealt with, the gentleman in the drive thru was super nice and professional, they handled my food very well. It was hot even when I arrived home, my burger wasn’t all messed up and sloppy but put together right.Everything was very clean, the food was super fresh. The drive thru gentleman told me they were waiting on fresh meat and it was delicious and fresh. I’ve been living in cinco for a long time. The courtesy of the employees, freshness of my food, and how I was treated made such an impact that I decided to write a review. Thanks to all the staff there!! You all did great and I’ll be coming back.
Bought a kids meal with Graham Crackers on 5/24/2022. They were Honey Made in a sealed pouch.Good thing I tried one. The crackers were rancid. So much so that I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth for 30 min. I can't imagine how sick my kid would have been if I had not eaten a cracker.I called the store and asked for the manager to tell him and the person on the phone insisted that I needed to call back later, even though I made it clear this was a health issue for other customers.I will not trust this restaurant ever again.
Friendly staff and tasty burgers. My only complaint is they forgot my spicy chicken burger. So be sure to double-check all stuffs in bags if ordering take-outs.
Whataburger is lucky to have Emily zepeda in thier team she greet me when i came in and took my order ,made sure my order was correct ..she is totally a 5star
One of the worst whataburger locations I have ate from, It use to be good at some point, And dipped so far down, Go anywhere but here to eat, Had our food through the drive through, And this review is based off of multiple visits since I live so close to it, I had it at breakfast. Lunch and dinner. Fry's are always terrible soggy and gross. Taste freezer burnt, Burger taste like a dirty grill, Bad service these kids don't care about the food at all....
The drive thru at this location is terrible. This evening we decided to try the drive thru again, completely disappointed. Once we got home the food was almost cold, we barely had any fries, the gravy was only half full and my daughters Dr. Pepper hardly had any taste. What is going on Whataburger? This is the last time we will visit this location.
I am a vegetarian and I require special accommodations with my orders since I don’t eat meat. Most of my orders substitute hash browns instead of meat. With most Whataburgers, you have to argue with the cashiers or fight with the manager a bit. Some locations even deny my requests. With these guys, they accommodate me immediately without arguments or givine me a hard time. They are super friendly, respectful and professional. Hands down one of the best Whataburgers I have ever been to. Kudos to the management and their workers
The quality and service of this particular location has really gone down hill over the last year. Even dine in is slow and the food quality is sub par.
First time to this branch, My order was a whatameal and a sandwich! Got home, excited to open up the meals only to discover that the whatameal I received had NO sandwich!That was depressing and I wasn’t going to drive back in this cold.PLEASE check your order before leaving the window !
Buddies and I were looking for a quick bite.The facility was clean, everyone was quite friendly. 10/10 would recommend
