Worst service to date. Dominique C. should not be a manager if she can’t control her staff. Idk if it was Michael or Jonathan but whoever was taking orders at 5 am on June 19 was too busy flirting with a white suv, giving her free food and taking her phone to exchange numbers. I did a mobile order at 4:57 and got right behind the white suv. At 5:34 I get to the window they told me they had to make fresh coffee which didn’t make since because no order in front of me had coffee and it had been 40 mins since mine was placed. There were no apologies just laughter I did get my refund but I did not get my breakfast and I was late. It was just a very unprofessional and unpleasant visit.
Don't order from here with Favor. Favor just dropped off my meal and it was half opened. Threw the whole thing away..pretty fkn ridiculous considering I paid over $20 for this. Normally wouldn't go this route calling out the establishment, but if you're gong to associate yourself with very poor company that doesn't have standards like Favor..then. Any extras I asked for were not in the bag other than really cold food and around 1 hr and 20 minutes of waiting time..
TERRIBLE. I went to the one on Mason Rd. When my order was processed the lady was in a hurry n even thou I had my barcode ready she ran order w o it. When the you g man came over w order I informed him. Because I said. This happens all the time. He's replied wasWELL DONT CONE HERE ANYMORE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!I went inside n talked to Manager Stephanie. She was overwhelmed w all the orders shook her head said ok I will take care of it n went back to her business.When I opened the 2 patties I ordered w cheese on top.They had slide all over where the cheese was sticker to the plastic container.I go there to eat n I also buy for my 2 dogs n those Patty's were for themOf course I had to scrape the cheese of container.I did not go back because it already had taken the joy everything.Please take care of this TERRIBLE experience!!
As if every burger on the menu wasn't legendary enough. I have recently fell in love with the milkshakes here. I get a different one everytime I stop by and their all amazingly good. But this Dr.pepper milkshake take all. I really hope they never do away with it.
Staff clean and neat, always wearing a facemask to care the customers. They are always polite about the covid safety practices here. I really appretiate they take care us with these safety rules. More fast food stores must follow the good practices of Whataburguer. This is my favorite place to eat burgers ever!
The food was good and was quick. The only thing is they gave very little condiments. We asked for napkins only gave us like 5. We ask for more and got the same thing in return. If they had gave us a good amount it would be a 5 star rating including adding more ketchup, picante sauce....etc

Food is always good and fresh. Customer service is excellent.
Order was overloaded after I asked for easy and light condiments. Got it remade just to get the same sloppy burger twice .. This place does not pay attention to detail. You take it or leave it is there attitude .. I’ve tasted sloppy joes that were better.
This location at I10 and Mason Road in Katy Texas is the best!!! Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful and your order is always correct and just how you ordered it!! I eat here if not every week at least every other week.
