Never thought I'd complain about too much milkshake. Was gushing out of the lid (which couldn't even fit on top) and running all down the sides. Got curbside and had to hold it out the window while it was dripping on the ground and the girl who brought it out had to get napkins before we could even take it in. Spent the next 5 minutes wiping it off ourselves. Why send that out like that???? I want milkshake in my stomach, not my cupholder..

I got my go to order of the chicken tender basket which was so good! My boyfriend and I ate inside and went back to my car once we were done. My car battery has been having issues and then refused to start, I felt bad bothering the busy workers if someone could help me out with jump starting my car. I talked to the manager and they were so quick to have someone out there to help me. Patricia was so sweet and helped me get my car back on. Not only does Whataburger have good food but great service and care for the members of our community. One of the best locations I’ve attended!

It literally took them 1 hour to go through 11 cars in a drive-thru I really do not understand what makes them so slow. any customer can complain about anything that doesn't mean that the whole line should be suffering. Being at this Whataburger once and had a bad experience so it was unfortunate that I am sharing this review yet I felt that it was appropriate it is my three-star review out of five-star reviews on my Google maps congratulations.

The pickup service at this location is a disaster! I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order, and the cashier made me pull around for my food because my ‘onion rings were cooking’. It should have been ready by then, but I'm a reasonable guy, so I pulled around and waited. They never came out with my food!So, I went to the door and noticed that the cashier and another employee were sitting there in the dining room. The door was locked. When they saw me, they began to laugh. One of them grabbed my food and attempted to hand it to another employee, but instead of giving me my food, they told me to pull around and pick my food up through the drive-thru again. At this point, the line was running out of the parking. It wasn’t very pleasant. But I waited, and by the time I made it to the window (for the second time), 1 hour 05 minutes had passed. So, it was cold and they offered to remake my order. This time, I was asked to pull forward and wait. It took approximately 1 hour 15 minutes to receive my one meal with an extra onion ring.I submitted a complaint to Whataburger, and there has still been no response. While I enjoy Whataburger very much, the way I was treated and how this company handled this poor service makes me not want to go back. Stay away from this location!

Ordered a chocolate shake at the drive thru, received a vanilla shake. Turned around and took it inside. They apologized and gave my granddaughter another one and asked her to check it. Removed the lid and it was white, he asked her to taste it. It was vanilla again. He told us it was hard to tell the chocolate from the vanilla because they look similar. Now I've been going to Whataburger for many years and never heard anything like that. I thanked them and left telling my 8 year old granddaughter we would just add chocolate syrup to it when we got home. Please check your machines before you serve. I really like this Whataburger, but will probably not be ordering a chocolate milkshake for awhile.

This location is Convenient but my problem is with the food especially the French fries.... They either give you not enough in the drive-through so when you leave the carton that holds French fries isn't always full.... Or when you ask to make sure that the French fries are full you get French fries that are like an hour or 2 old and they're not good ... I'm going to give them one more chance to get it right otherwise I'll go to other locations in the area.

Absolutely without a doubt the worst whataburger I have ever been to in my entire life. Went there last night and waited in the drive through for over 45 minutes. It took another customer getting out of their car and yelling at the employees for them to start giving food to people. By the time I got my food, it was the worst whataburger food I’ve ever had. Cold, hard, and burnt, not even edible. After speaking with the manager he told me to speak with a daytime manager today. When I called them today nobody would help me, they said they would call me back and never did. I love whataburger, but customer service like this is absolutely unexceptable. I give it a one star, only because zero stars isn’t possible.

Slow as hell. Everytime I go to the drive thru I've had to wait for at least 20 minutes to get my food. This time the food was cold. It was probably ready in 5 and just sat there for 20 minutes. I've had to wait as long as an hour to get food here. Then my burger was burnt to a char. Every time I regret visiting this branch. Seeing how many people complain about how slow the service is sad frustrating that to see that this restaurant will never improve. I have given up on visiting here and will take my business to Chick-fil-A next door. I've never been disappointed with them.

This location is TERRIBLE! Long waits only to receive a wrong order or missing items. But this last trip to Whataburger trumps them all. Ordered a #2 and headed home to eat, I took a bite out of my hamburger and realized it was RAW! I went back to the restaurant and explained my situation. The manager on duty, Glades basically called me a liar and bashed me saying all I wanted was “free food”. Even after I showed her the hamburger all she could say was, “we can make you another one but your not getting free food.” I’ve never received such horrible service from and establishment, especially when they made an error.

This review is about you. Yes, you reading. Want this place to be quicker? Then don't order your 4 meals in the drive-thru. Want the line to be shorter? Then don't take up 3 car lengths - get close to the vehicle in front of you. Oh, and Karen, stop checking your order at the window - go inside if there's a problem. The wait is long because of you.
