This location has been hit or miss for me. The food is always great. The drive thru can be slow at times. Online order for pickup is generally pretty good (I’ve waited for up to 25 minutes for my food). Where I’ve been frustrated the most is when I order online for dine in. Despite telling the app I’m there and speaking with the cashier when I arrive I have waited twice for over 40 minutes to get my food. My drinks will be delivered to my table and then I never receive our food. Both times I’ve had to walk up to the counter to ask where it’s at (after watching >20 cars roll through the drive thru and at least 10 families come in, order and receive their food). I’ve stopped ordering online for dine in because of that reason. The worst part is that I’ve seen others with the same issue. It may be worth training the employees to manage this a bit better. It seems to be an oversight
Line was long but I got my food in a quick manner and my order was correct. I would also like to add that the staff was helpful and had friendly smiles
I just spent 15 minutes in the drive through, get to the window and they're all having a great time. I don't want souls crushed or people made to feel like they can't have fun at work.But after a fifteen minute wait, I kind of wanted my food.Lettuce was wilted and made the burger unpleasant. Throwing this away and finding food elsewhere. This is two "misses" in a row.I think I need to start going somewhere else.
The food quality has deteriorated. Buns are cold, fries soggy, no ketchup in to go bag, cheese hard and cold and what used to be the best burger ever, is now mediocre. Management needs to do better and adhere to the founders ethics, quality because your location is lacking consistent quality. I'm a long time customer officially saying good-bye.
Six vehicles waiting at window. 10+ minutes before first car got their food. Our food was cold fries and cold cheeseburgers. Terrible. Won’t be stopping there anymore.
Order was incorrect. Didn't feel like waiting for correct food. Was close enough to what I ordered, so I ate it. Coffee was fresh and good. It is fast food, but smells like old grease. I like other local Whataburger places, this one just wasn't my bag.
This whataburger worst in the area! The manager treat team leader like trash! And cut hours!! Do not eat here if want FAST food! I have been here long enough and the boss treat us like trash. Boss keep bring new workers that know NOTHING. ALL THE ORDER IS WRONG! THE FRIES COLD. MESSY DRINKS
After years of hearing of this place I finally got my first whataburger, sadly it was a disappointment, the hamburger was flat, in shape and in flavor, plus it took an eternity to be delivered, I need to try it again to see if another location is better but for now, it was a meh burger

This location was excellent. We ordered a dbl. Meat Whataburger and a Hatch chili bacon burger. Cooked and prepared to perfection. Plenty of Hatch peppers and bacon. Some of the other Whataburger locations nearby (in the area) are not as good, in fact what I'd call sub-par. Very small amounts of the above 2 items at those other locations. I recommend this location, for sure! Good stuff, great job and the young man at the register was friendly too.
