The manager is very rude and not only to the customers but the employees also! She put raw onions on top of my hash browns when I asked for grilled onions and said I’ll have to pay for a replacement. The waitress was very nice and sweet but I cannot eat there with that managers nasty attitude
Waffle house changed their sausage. For the first time ever in my life I left my plate half full. So disappointed. I won't be back for a while

Excellent service as always, good food as always prepared the way you want it, a jukebox which was so freaking loud it was awful.
Love this place it's a staple for us usually every other Sunday, many of the staff been working there long and they work very hard. Service is generally good, couple times mistakes in packing but nothing too major. Nice that is open late night as well.
I really enjoyed my experience here. Our waitress Katherine was extremely awesome, attentive and courteous to say the least. I belive she deserves a raise or leadership position for her great interpersonal and customer service skills. Kat, thanks for making our experience great. I definitely will be back.
I don't know what is up with night shift at waffle house but that kitchen is nasty. If I saw it 1 time I wouldn't say anything, 2nd time it was a different crew and it was nasty. This time I gotta write a review. The kitchen is nasty and then the lil cashier got the nerve to have an attitude for no reason and handing me my food like it's trash. I didn't say anything because it's a bad look for a man to argue with this lady. But someone from management need to just pop up one night and see what I'm talking about.
I dont remember her name, but the lady who took care of me and my boyfriend was amazing! She was super sweet! Especially at 6 am!
Absolutely horrible experience. I made a to-go order of a medium t-bone steak along with a waffle. I believe the t-bone steak was supposed to come with eggs, however it did not. When I got home, my steak that I had ordered medium was extremely rare on the inside, however somehow it was still tough. My waffle was completely mushy inside and appears to not be cooked all the way through. It was not busy inside as there were only two people dining in so I don't understand what the rush was. I would have gone back to return the food, however, it was nearly 11 pm and I just couldn't be bothered to go back out in the cold this late.
Our waitress, Brooke, was super nice, attentive and gave us fast and friendly service!
