Love this place, the C3 (Grilled Pork + Rice) is done perfectly! Super charred and flavorful. My Pho (P1) tasted very flavorful, the meat (tripe and thinly sliced eye round) were very fresh. I just wish the broth is not so rich in I'm not sure of what spices (maybe Star Anise) because it gives the broth a spicy taste like peppery. I prefer my broth to be clear and not too rich in spices. but in all, the taste is perfect, if not for the too strong spices. Maybe next time I visit, I can request a more clear broth. Oh and the restaurant is very clean and everyone was so friendly.
Called in a to go order which was the b2 a vermicelli with pork. It was delicious! Food prep was excellent. Pork was tender and tasted like it just came off the grill. Very pleased to say the least. I will definitely be coming back.
After a long drive from NOLA, needed a quick stop off but wanted something fresh and hearty, so made the wise decision to pop in here. Hubs had the vermicelli and I had the steak pho. Just wonderful - tasty, fresh and filling. Exactly what we needed. Brian the waiter was so lovely, service was super fast, the toilets were very clean and the location couldn't be more convenient. 5 stars!
In a world full of Vietnamese restaurants, this place really stands out. If you're close by you've got to try it. The beef and broccoli was amazing. And the best thing is they serve beer.
This place was delicious! Food was very fresh and the staff is super friendly. We will absolutely be back! My husband had the vermicelli with pork and meatballs and I have a beef dish with rice and sautéed veggies.
Food is great! Service is not bad, but it does take awhile to get your order placed because the server/s are too busy helping other tables. However, once my order was finally taken, the food was quick to get out. Food is fresh and wished they were also open on Tuesdays.
I’ve tried 3 different dishes here and the flavor or all 3 were EXCEPTIONAL!! We usually do takeout, and they are always quick to have our food ready.***Feedback for the owners: if you could give a little bit more chicken with the chicken noodle Pho, that would be GREAT! (Little V gives a much larger/reasonable amount of chicken with their pho).***I typically eat like a small child and get full very fast , but when I tried the chicken noodle pho I was actually still hungry as they didn’t give a reasonable amount of meat with that dish. (I’m the kind of person that always has significant leftovers from my meals).The other 2 dishes I’ve tried were absolutely perfect with flavor and portion! :)We love this place and everything has SO MUCH flavor!
So glad I finally tried this spot! Very convenient, Staff was awesome, prices were fair & the portions were on point! Will go back to try more on the menu. #PhóLife
Stopped by a few weeks ago on our way out of Katy back to central Texas and the food was amazing. Everything was fresh and was very quick. The woman who took our order was also very kind and checked on us frequently. This is definitely a place that I will visit again if I'm ever in the area and would certainly recommend.
