So for everything that has chicken you pick a seasoning from the list. Example we got the urban fries to split with the table and did mild. The 4 Strips tried barbecue, sandwich was Nashville hot. Dipping sauces are extra and they had a few to choose from. The urban fries are great. Food was good and service was good too. Very helpful. Roasted corn was spicy but good.
My favorite hot chicken place! The tenders were very flavorful and not dry. I love that they add pickles to balance the spicy flavor. My go to flavor is the Nashville Hot. It is spicy but very yummy.Update: On my 3rd visit to Urban bird and the tenders were only seasoned on one side so that was disappointing.
The urban fries are the best of all worlds! The fries, Mac and cheese and tenders were mouth watering. Amazing flavor, portions and overall great meal! They are quick getting your meal, kind employees and great environment!
Chicken is hormone free and no antibiotics added. Creative dishes at a reasonable price. Lemonade tastes natural. Ordered both the Tijuana fries and Urban fries. Street food!! $12 each . Side of waffles $4
Such a great place! We tried the Urban Fries and Chicken and Waffles. We got the Nashville Hot flavor, which is in the middle and it was the perfect balance of spicy, while still tasting good! They have two flavors hotter than that so would love to try those next time! Highly recommend!!
Ordered at 5:33, still waiting for food for three people at 6. Being a former restaurant manager, I see a lot of operations issues here. To go orders are being prioritized over dine in, which is not the best method of business. The gentleman taking orders up front is quite possibly the most slow moving restaurant worker I've seen. The girls working expo are doing their best, but seem very overwhelmed. No one has come out to bus any tables in this time either.Spoke to one of the expo ladies and she said many of them were supposed to leave an hour ago but are still on the clock, with order time averaging 45 mins - 1 hour. I feel for her. If this is their regular day, something needs to change here for the sake of the employees.**update** I guess my ticket got lost? Food came out fresh and was very delicious.
The place is a mess - unorganized and dirty. Waiting for my food. Will share more when food arrives. Finally got the food. And the flavor was good - good heat. Nashville hot is hot enough. And, they finally started to clean the place. Wait for food was long. But, I’ll come again.
I'm just gonna lead with the best tasting item I had here were the waffles. The chicken was good, not great, I had the Nashville Hot and it wasn't too spicy but I think it took away from the overall flavor of the chicken. Points for a super moist chicken, though. The restaurant itself was clean when I went on a Friday night. It wasn't busy at all. The teenager working the register couldn't care less about being there. I had to ask him to repeat himself several times because he would just mumble with his head down. My order took about 10 minutes or so, which I thought was kinda slow considering how dead it was in there, but I'm not taking away any stars for this, just worth mentioning. Overall, I don't think I'd go out of my way to visit this place again unless a friend really wanted to meet here.
Some of the best Nashville style chicken tenders around. The chronic fries are also great if crispy crinkle cut fries with mac & cheese and hot chicken sounds good to you. I like the extra hot, but I have to warn you that their hottest flavor is insanely spicy. Like, heavy sweating and burning lips spicy.Go for the bird pack! It's easily the best value on the menu, and it reheats great in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes. The only complaint I have is that the heat level can be inconsistent at times. I've had extra hot that was somewhat mild and extra hot that melted my face. Still an easy recommendation.
I found Urban Bird on Uber Eats so we decided to go and try it. The food did not disappoint. I think they need more staff because it took quite a while to get it. We will go back?.
