My boyfriend and I absolutely loved uncle bubba's .I had 2 meat sliced brisket and ribs and coleslaw and potato salad .he had sausage,brisket Mac and cheese .the meat was so moist and perfectly smoked.coleslaw was made just right.everything was just delious.bubba was so friendly .he went above and beyond with service and price was great .we couldn't eat it all.i recommend bubba's highly .we will definitely be back again.!!!
My parents came home with this crazy bbq...needless to say me and my brothers and $60 later...im fat full on the best bbq this side of i-10
Just picked up this generous size brisket plate. The brisket was moist and soft. I even had enough meat left over for my son to make it in a sandwich. I am stuffed and looking forward on trying their ribs next. Second visit here for take out and you can tell the owner definitely has a good sense of humor. Polite staff and clean space with TV’s. They also have a drive thru. Will be back soon…
Everything was delicious! Uncle Bubba and his wife were friendly and gracious! We chose to eat here due prior reviews and couldn't agree more!! The meats, the sides, the dessert... all of it was fantastic!
Time to eat ???Our first time eating here and we’re addicted! Good, moist brisket just the way I like it! Very tender juicy ribs and all of tthe meat has a great smoked flavor! Oh and you have to try both of their bbq sauces, yum ? fast and friendly service and close to home, our new bbq joint ? oh and they gave us some fresh baked hot peach cobbler with some vanilla ice cream for our dessert it was amazing! 
We had a great experience at Uncle Bubba’s! We tried the brisket, smoked sausage, and beef rib. The brisket truly was melt in your mouth!This is a friendly family run business here in Katy and a place we will definitely come back to.Also, the peach cobbler with ice cream was to-die-for (no photo because it got devoured immediately)!
Good food and people! The customer service rivals that of Chic fil a, they were extremely helpful, kind and courteous.The chicken literally fell off the bone!Do yourself a favor and come in and enjoy!
Pros: Portions were good.Service was good.Sauce was good.Sausage was good..Cons:Brisket was select grade. If it was a higher grade than it definitely sat in a cooler or on the pit for way to long..The Bark was extremely salty the meat tasted like charcoal and it was dry.Ribs were extremely chewy and tough.The cost was extremely expensive when comparing it to other BBQ restaurants and quality of meat.Overall:They have only been open for two weeks. You can tell they know how to cook BBQ.. I will come back in a couple months to try it again..
Yesterday, I ordered a bunch of bbq and a few sides. It was amazing. The brisket is super moist and tender. Ribs and turkey legs are fall off the bone delicious. So glad, there is FINALLY a true bbq restaurant in my area. Hurry in, before they run out.
Man when I tell you this is the spot, this is THE spot. They don't mess around with their barbecue over here. I ordered the 2 meat combo with brisket and pulled pork. The pulled pork was tender and came with a sweet sauce with had just a little kick to turn it up a notch. The brisket was in no way, shape, or form dry, having an excellent amount of moisture without needing to be too fatty. As soon as I tasted the bark of that brisket I knew I found something special. The staff was very friendly and though secretive about their recipes, were still nice to talk to. The price is fair when you consider the quality of the meat and the rising costs of business these days. I will definitely be coming back when I get another craving for barbecue.
