Shockingly rude person behind the counter. Waited a while. Did not receive the correct order. When one of us asked, he accused us of ordering wrong and that it was our fault. Waited more.When trying to show that the receipt was correct and politely asking for the fountain drink that we paid for, he snapped back "don't stick that in my face". Food came incredibly sloppy and was not good. He was also snappy to the staff in the kitchen and ignoring other people waiting. Whoever owns this establishment should implement refresher training before losing more customers.
The yummiest halal Philly cheesesteak I’ve ever had! Fried pickles and Parmesan waffle fries… Above all, the management and staff are engaging, humble and attentive. I will 100 percent be back.

The food we ordered was great! We got the brisket grilled cheese, the lobster grilled cheese, Mac and cheese balls and parmesan waffle fries. Honestly it was hard to pick a favorite. Everything was delicious.Some cons: a bit warm inside and their drink selection could be better.But that’s me being nit picky. All in all would go again :) enjoy!
Excellent blend of cheese for the sandwiches and a creative menu including hand-spun milkshakes, soups, salads and Lobster Terragon Grilled Cheese to mention a few. I can recommend the Avocado BLT+E without hesitation. The Parmesan Waffle Fries were a bit soggy for my taste but it's not a deal breaker. I definitely want to come back to try other menu options.
My feeling is $9.50 for grilled.cheeae sandwich with pepperoni and some marinera sauce is expensive. then another $3.50 for a bag of chips and a drink. They have no sugar free drinks in the soda dispenser. You can buy a bottle of diet coke for an additional amount. I won't be going back anytime soon.

I've been to their heights location off of Washington and one of their food trucks when it was posted on fannin at a food truck event. So i stopped to this location since i was nearby and was having grilled cheese cravings lolThis katy location is clean on the outside and the inside. If you're new to Houston or just visiting, you have to make this one of your stops. They have really nice art to have as a background for pictures if you're into that.I ordered my absolute fav's: '5 cheese Pepperoni' and their signature tea.My bestfriend ordered the 'Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich'.We both shared the 'Smoke Brisket Fries with Jalapeños' since the food is considered heavy.I killed my Pepperoni sandwich, but also tried my friend's brisket sandwich and OMmmmG. That sandwich was sooo good that i ordered a to-go one for myself later.Their bread is thick and crispy with just the right amount of butter. The cheese is thick and super cheesy.They have a tomato basil soup (not included in pictures). I love dipping my Pepperoni sandwich in it... not that i need too. It just goes well with it.*(lol, Please, don't mind me, your girl can eat... hahaa)During my stay, they were passing around a new sauce for their customers to try and it also went well with the Pepperoni. I just can't recall the name of it.Overall, my friend & I really enjoyed ourselves. We probably over-ate, but anything grilled cheese is worth it, especially if the sandwiches are going to be gourmet the way they're making it!
The food is pretty good but the service glean be rough some days. My first time here was actually at their food truck and the service was the worst. Food is a bit pricey for the quality but it is tasty. The fries are delicious but only if they don’t leave them under the warmer too long, good luck getting them to replace them if they come out soggy. Overall if you are a cheese addict like me and like fancy grilled cheese this is a place for you.
The Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, parmesan waffle fries and Mac N Cheese Balls were really good. Idk who thought of the mint in the sweet tea but it was perfect. The staff was really nice. Worth the drive from Humble... We will be back ?
Tried it for the first time yesterday and it was AMAZING! Adding that flare onto an already perfect grilled cheese is awesome. Service from the staff was awesome as well!I had the smokehouse brisket and my boyfriend had the Philly. Both insanely delicious! Also ordered the mac and cheese balls, onion rings, Parmesan waffle fries and a side of the tomato basil soup and it was all so delicious! Since we left, I’ve been craving the mac and cheese balls. Everything was incredible 10/10.
