The drinks are very good and delicious. And they make me feel healthy.
Family and I have been enjoy this place since they opened up! Great staff and great smoothies and food! My new favorite is the Watermelon Mojito! So refreshing and the food is always so good! The flat bread sandwiches and apple kale coleslaw are our favorites!
I always go to their drive thru or pickup. I never have any problems except for the quality. The smoothies are a hit or a miss every time. I’m leaving a review this time because when I put in a specific time for pickup, I would imagine my order would be fresh. I put in the pickup time for 9:15 and seen that my drink was made at 9. I wouldn’t mind this any other day except my smoothie was way too liquidy and my food was too cold.
I have never been to a place that always beg for tips at drive through. One guy gave a sad story about how his manager mistreated him and claims the manager screams at him and don’t pay him, so I gave him a tip. Every time I come, 90% of the workers beg.
Corporate needs to shutdown this location. Absolutely the worst Tropical Cafe store. All my orders for the past few months have been wrong or disgusting. Today I bought my daughter a cheese quesadilla and just after I got home and she tried I realized it was completely burnt and basically no cheese. I tried to call the store and no one answers.
The people were friendly and I enjoyed the smoothie and food. The door handle to the business was broken, so it was a little awkward entering in. The employees said their manager knew about it but nothing had been fixed in a while which is why I’m only giving 4 stars. Other than that, a good experience.

They obviously give priority to online orders and drive thru. Came inside to order and nobody greeted me, one of the 2 girls just gave me the ugliest look like she was bother someone had came in. I stood there for over 5 minutes, never acknowledged never told they would be with me soon, nothing. They were talking care of the drive thru and online orders. Very disappointing. Either they are understaffed or have zero customer service. Very bad for business in my eyes. I left after I was never helped.

The food and smoothies themselves are great. That’s the only reason I go to this place, because of the food and the proximity of any other tropical smoothie to my location.However, the service is always horrible and the wait is just the same. I have been there 4 times over the past month and none of my food has been correct. Minus a couple, most of the workers are flat out rude. Management at this location could and should spend more time making customer service a focal point. Each time that something has been forgotten on my meal I get looked at like it’s my fault. As well as an impatient attitude like it’s an inconvenience for a worker error. I get things happen. But when I’m the only person there and it takes 30 mins for you to get me my food in the drive thru then I would think you have time to review an order.The couple of times I have been inside the location with my kids the music in the FAMILY friendly establishment over the speakers is not something I want a kindergartner or toddler listening to.Again, the food is good. Which is why I give two stars. But something should be done about the workers and wait. If at all possible, I recommend forgoing or choosing another location until things get better.
