Everything about this place is really nice and the workers are so kind. I love all the cookies and brownies they have to offer.
We did curbside, they didn’t give us our entire order and didn’t say anything until after we left. Nobody called us until we were already back at work, and our only options were refund or drive all the way back to get the cookies.No idea if I’m actually getting my refund. The girl on the phone just said “okay thank you, bye.” And hung up, so.Definitely not going back. Was trying to do something nice for my employees, but we’ll find another cookie place for the future.
Love these cookies! They are huge and perfectly cooked every time. Makes for a nice gift for teachers and friends. chocolate ? chip and sugar cookie are our favorite.
I love their Choc Chip cookies - the smell of those treats while they're warm is undescribable.These are much better than at that other joint.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery fees are ridiculously expensive and they can’t ever deliver on time or in the right place. Definitely done with this place!!!
I ordered 2 dz cookies with frosting for a birthday on may 8 to be deliveredHe received them on time and got them home and all the frosting was out of date $89. For 2 dz cookies and frosting and them could not use half of itThe frosting was dated April 18

Here is an update on my recent review. I had a minor issue with my previous order. Many of the cookies were very small compared to the others, but after a quick conversation with customer service I was given a replacement! I am very pleased with the work done by customer services in order to have this done. I was able to pick up my order with very little wait time. I’m glad to say I will be visiting again soon!
Staff took their time providing me with my order that I had placed a head of time considering I was the only person in the establishment. While waiting the cookies in the display didn’t look appealing. I could only pray that my order did as it was a gift to someone. Anxiety crept in. Upon receipt my honey opened the box and I was unimpressed. They looked like pillsbury cookies NOTHING LIKE THE TIFFS TREATS I KNOW. my honey consumed one of the cookies and stated he was unimpressed. I strongly believe this must be a franchise location bc it’s cookies Do not resemble other Tiff location. Will try another location in Houston, hoping for the best!!
