Where do I start? They have officially lost a customer. Today was the last straw. Flavorless cold food. Only half of my order came out so when I received the other half 30 minutes later my food was cold. I requested warm food and another 30 minutes went by till I decided to cancel my order because my husband already ate his and I was livid. Super nice server though. The manager didn't even come over after he removed the charge for my meal. I spoke with another customer and she had the same issues a month ago as well.
The menu is pretty complicated. Had to wait 45 minutes for the food. Juice was garbage. The Benedict’s don’t actually have poached eggs, but more like boiled eggs in silicone cups. The yolks were hard. Hash browns were very bad. Seriously terrible. To top it all, prices were on the higher side for the quality being served. The only reason I’m giving 2 and not 1 is because the meats were good. But, overall skip this place for breakfast and go to Snooze or Dish Society insteadNot coming back for breakfast. Since the meat was good, I may come back to try a sandwich sometime,

This place is awesome! Thought it was mainly breakfast, but they have an expansive brunch/lunch menu. Everything from healthy to comfort. Ate on the patio and the atmosphere and service were awesome. Definitely will be back and recommend.
Stopped in for first time. Great! Surprised to find not only great breakfast selection but brunch and lunch items. Had from healthy to comfort. Had the chicken salad and was awesome. Services was fast and cheerful. Definitely recommend and will be back!
I’ve eaten here several times and the food is always good. Today was no exception-where the food was concerned. The wait for our meal was extremely excessive. Besides waiting 30 minutes for a table, we an hour wait for our food. The waitress advised they were short staffed which was obvious. Not only did she wait tables, she worked the bar pouring drinks which hurt our service.We will return but I hope our next visit will be better our it’ll be our last. Hire more staff! Pay more to attract and retain!
It's always a pleasure dining here. I love the service and the food. Plus, I have plenty of menu alternatives for dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, etc. The wait staff are like old friends. Always friendly and courteous, but professional!
The service was great today, our waiter young guy was really great. However the food was a little disappointing, especially hashbrowns casserole that I was looking forward to eat.It is became more quantity Over quality kind of place.
I have to say I really liked this place the first time I went and this last time the very beginning of January they were short staffed I think they were having some issues and it was absolutely the most horrendous experience in my life. My eggs Benedict was over hard the hash brown casserole was absolutely disgusting it was cold it was dry I'm not really sure what they did to it. And they were thawing salmon with chicken and the chicken smelled horrible enough to turn your stomach and not make you want to eat anymore. I hope that they can make things turn around quickly over there or they won't last.
Food is good. I've been a few times and most everything has been good, some has been a little inconsistent but not necessarily untasteful. Donuts, hot chocolate, chicken salad, eggs Benedict all very good. Hash browns, biscuits, breakfast meat / inconsistent. But ok. All in all worth a taste.
