I ordered over the phone they said it will be ready in 20 minutes, I went there and I parked for one hour and 10 minutes every time I text the word here they said my food isn’t ready, I went inside to check on the food their excuse was oh. We are waiting on the bread and I saw they have bread. I took the food after one hour and 25 minutes of waiting and when I got I home the order was missing so many things, no topping on the baked potato, no onions and mushrooms on my steak, the food was cold and the bread wasn’t completely cooked. Waste of money
Very bad. I finally got a chance to use my Veterans Day coupon. My wife got a pork chop. Very undercooked. She sent it back. My steak was undercooked but didn’t want to complain. Usually a Manager runs out recooks to make sure everything is right. Nope. I was done with my meal. She didn’t want to continue, so she put it in a to go box. Nobody said a word. Apologized, etc. They used to have an old school mentality on customer service. Not anymore. Just like all the rest.
Compared to 2 other Texas Roadhouse's that I've been to, this is by far the best!! The food was great and flavorful. Ribeye had the perfect sear; baked potato not bland our salty as others I've had in the past; green beans ❤️.Our server, Kaitlyn, was exceptional! You could tell that she really enjoy what she does! She was very energetic and kept our attention! I can't wait to go back to this Katy location. I love great food and great service! I will definitely be going back!!
Best Texas Roadhouse location. I usually go to the Highway 6/290 location but the to go service takes too long and their to go order counter isn't staffed when you walk into the to go door. To go only works if you use the app at the Highway 6 location. I don't use the to go app because you can't place an order for two sides of Caesar salad if using the app. Katy location is great, their phone ordering works as opposed to the Highway 6 location and most importantly, the order was done much faster. There is always a long wait for to go at the highway 6 location. For faster service go to Katy. if you have time and can wait then go to the Highway 6 location.
We love it here. They never dissapoint us when we go with family or on a date. One of our favorite steak places. They are awesome. We thought they were good in WI But as we have experienced they are just as good in TX. Awesome menu with seasoned steak, seafood, and chicken to perfection. That twice steamed Broccoli is delicious. Its all good. Everything is delicious
I don't come often even I do enjoy the food. This last time I came, my kids enjoyed their food. I didnt as much. I asked for my catfish to be fried twice(extra crisp batter) but instead batter/breading was soggy. Enjoyed my drinks and our server was a sweetheart. He definitely did his best to accommodate us.
Very down to earth place. A casual atmosphere with great food and staff!!
