Danny and Julie do not have good attitudes towards their employees. Danny is rude, touchy, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The lady that tells her employees to call her Mama Julie scares her employees away with her judgmental, overly pushy, perfectionist my way or the highway personality. They definitely have good drinks and food, but the management is horrible!
Ordered via DoorDash "cheddar fries" and this is what I got. I didn't know what to expect but I didn't expect it to look like this. I've had fries covered with cheese powder before but none looked like this. The fries were oily, cheese powder was all crumpled up as shown in the picture. It was honestly unpleasant and not appetizing to look at.Also ordered four drinks and none of them had labels. We had to guess based on the colors of the drink. Drinks were alright.
Was disappointed with the service here. The staff was not friendly at all and not welcoming. They don’t seem to want to take orders. I stood at the counter for a good 10 mins and she was just going about with making her drinks very slowly with a can’t be bothered attitude. She was really reluctant to work. The drink was way too sweet too. I’m sorry but I will not be back again.
Excellent location!!! Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their menu items. Definitely will have to visit again when I am in the area.
I was craving some milk tea and was out of town, so I decided to stop by here because of the great rating. This place definitely held up to their 4.8 rating! I’d love to come here everyday because the owner was soo friendly and informative!! I also ended up trying something new and loved it. :)
My friend took me to this place and I absolutely loved it! The Boba was amazing, we both got wintermelon, and I loved it! I tried getting the same drink at different stores and franchises, but this ones takes the cake!
This place is one of the best boba joints around. The bulgogi kimchi fries and Korean street tacos are off the chain too.
Smoothies are great . And the fries that i can't even pronounce are to die for. I'll definitely be back.
By far the best Boba place in katy. Their milk tea is the best I've ever had.
Now Dani is not working there . He is very friendly, but now there is working a old woman nothing friendly. The quality is not good, the price are higher and without taste. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes. Now they don’t have almond milk either. I don’t recommend this place
