Me and my husband went here to eat and the service was horrible, I asked for water and the lady brought me a coke , I asked for a shot of patron and I got a shot of cheap tequila, my husband ordered in Spanish because she didn’t know English and she still got the orders wrong .they never came to check on our table to see how everything was, and when they brought the check to us she threw it on the table and walked back to the table with all the employees were sitting at and gossiping. I didn’t complain or anything I paid for it and left but will never come back again
Currently a nursing student (night class) in Houstondriving in from Columbus, thought I would stop and grab nice plate of traditional enchiladas to eat before gping into class. Waitress was very rude and unprofessional. Waited close to 30 minutes for a $20 to go order. Opened up my plate to find the meat it comes with very overcooked almost burnt, avocados had black spots all over. Called to speak to the manager only to be told the manager was not there and they didn't know when the manager "Lily" would be back, stated "MAYBE" tomorrow morning. Definitely not be coming back to this place!!!! Only gave one star because i had to, they desreve NO stars.
So this place has amazing flavor tacos, I have to brag on how delicious the meat tasted! Why I gave two stars, well my mother surprised me on super bowl game day with the Heart shape taco box! It was perfect but what was not perfect was the poor, rude customer service she received while picking up the order she placed. All I can say is bottom line with the girl who had an attitude (You know who you are,I won’t blast) due to an order that was placed and she claimed in which The order was not.....girl FIRST IMPRESSIONS ARE IMPORTANT AND MOST OF ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GIVE GOES A LONG WAY HUNNIEE. ??♀️I’m just saying! We drove from cypress to Katy ??♀️?! God bless you Adrian for the great customer service you gave to my mom ?
Probably the worst Mexican food I've had so far.Ordered Uber Eats, all the food was spilled inside the bad, not tasty, the hamburger was beyond disappointing, gas station burgers are better than this!Seriously, $90, and I feel ripped off, nothing tasted good, very messy, I ate it because I was hungry.
I was introduced to Adrian's by a friend / coworker and we will go there all the time for the quesobirros, tacos and of course the margaritas are the micheladas made correctly and are simply Delicious. I'm super excited because we will be visiting this Friday February 4th 2022 to experience the DJ that they have on the weekends typically we would go and visit during the week day on our lunch break and just have some good lunch and a nice drink and head back to work. I would say the service is amazing the staff is very kind and very professional and the food is amazing the drinks is the highlight. If you are looking for a great establishment and you love Mexican food this will be my number one choice. This was our first time ordering from here. We were pretty excited to try it. Thier customer service sucks! We made a to go order and the lady that help us was very rude not helpful. They are already pricey and they charge extra for every little thing. Not a good experience will not be going back here

We have been looking for a Mexican place since we moved to Katy. We found this hidden corner and we decided to try it. Staff was very courteous, definitely great customer service. I ordered the pambazo, I had never seen a pambazo with cecina in it. It is usually served with chorizo and papas. So, It was more like a torta. So, I was kinda of disappointed but, it was delicious. No doubt. So, I can't say my experience wasn't great because the food even though it wasn't what I expected, it was still great. Will have to pay a visit again and try other dishes.
