I want to give this place a 5* review buuut... While the food was great, there is a serious problem with Taco Cabana.First off, the staff that works at this location and that was there on this particular evening, really great! No lie, they were attentive and busting butt.Second, the food was really great! Tastes fresh and made to order. Also, everything on the plates looked delicious as well!Third, the price is right for the food quality and portions. There is a fast food Mexican food chain not far from here and the food is nearly twice as expensive and not as good.So, all the good stuff....what's so bad?Remember that awesome staff? Well there's only like 5 of them in the whole restaurant. So getting service is slow. Probably not Their fault so I'm not knocking them for it.T.C. is really holding on to the idea that somehow not having a salsa bar is saving lives. And plastic utensils. If you want salsa or limes, or a plastic knife, you gotta track down one of those 5 employees and hope they aren't taking care of someone else. Seriously the only place in the area not putting out condiments besides Wendy's....for some reason.Anyway, that's besides the point.So, for the staff, food, and the experience 5/5.As for the restaurant and processes 3/5.My suggestion, go here and order 'To Go'. You'll go home happy!

They forgot my order. My wife and I sat there for 10 minutes. I finally got up to inquire. They looked at me with surprised faces. I was a little upset things happen.The fajitas were salty beans tasted canned. Sorry but I was less than satisfied.?

If I could leave 0 stars I would! This place has gone down so bad! This is what they charge extra for cheese and give you hardly anything! The chips were ice cold the guy bagging the order even gave one of the chips from my order to show him and they just laughed and when I asked the manager for fresh chips he says I have 3 bins of chips back there! I didn’t care how many bins of old ice cold chips he had I wanted fresh chips. Will not returns to this lousy place again! Not toMention the chicken fajita meat was dry as well. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

I'm hesitant to rate a company poorly lately with staffing being a huge problem across the state. Bathrooms dirty, slow to get food out, dining room needed attention. The cook in the back appeared to be solo and trying his best to keep up with orders while the cashier was sleepy or just got on second job and stared into space when there was nobody to ring up. Dude could of cleaned up around the dining room during those moments of down time or helped the cook. Something other than daydreaming at the register.

The management here needs serious work. There was a cashier(obviously new) that got my order wrong. No problem, I patiently explained the correct order, and she immediately tried to fix it. However, she wasn't aware of the rewards program and looked disappointed. I told her it's fine. Get your manager to explain it, and it's helpful information for her. All the while, the manager sees her struggling, doesn't assist her, and speaks rudely to her when she asks for help! The manager was very impatient and annoyed with me, although I was calm and patient throughout the process. Once she showed the cashier how to use the rewards, I told her, " See. No worries. You learned something new today!" I smiled at her and told her she'd be fine. I then asked her to pretend to do it again, so she remembered how to do it. She did and finally smiled. It dent good to know that you're growing and learning. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! I refuse to accept bad customer service anywhere I go! That poor cashier just needed the patience, support, training, and assistance of her manager. I wish I had a restaurant. I would have hired her on the spot and released her from that situation. You have to take care of your people and treat them properly. Their skills and knowledge are direct reflections of your leadership. All she did was ask for help! My husband said in the car that I was a better manager to her than her manager was??‍♀️

We went around 3pm yesterday and ordered 2 margs and chips/queso. We were the only car in the drive thru line. They took my payment right away. I guess it was a shift change because we saw several employees leaving. Someone must have forgotten about us because we didn’t get our order until 17 minutes later!!!!! That’s an eternity in the drive thru line. We told the guy that gave us our order that it took way too long. He just stared into space and said you need your liquor sticker. No apology. Nothing. We drove off….with no liquor sticker.

Manager at this restaurant is very unprofessional. Called me a liar when I tried to use a birthday reward THEY SENT me. She said I had already used it, and I had just received it. The timer to use the coupon on my phone was still counting down showing it had not been used. She didn't want to admit she didn't know what she was doing so called me a liar. Since when is it okay to argue with a customer AND call them a liar which I AM NOT?!

don't waste your time or money with this place. ordered the fajitas and it was horrid. the fajitas tasted like they were leftovers from yesterday, they just added more seasoning to cover the fact that they were old. the chicken was completely dry and cold. even the rice was horrible. how do you mess up the rice? we paid over $30 just for the mixed fajitas along with other items. the flautas were good. the quesadilla was just okay. we called to complain about the fajitas and were told by the manager that there was nothing they could do. not even an apology. not going back.

If I could give zero stars I would! Worst drive thru experience ever, and what's sad, is that it was due to the lady who Claims to be the Manager. The young man made a mistake on my order and I was overcharged. The "manager" argued with me that I was the one who made the mistake, told me she didn't care, and closed the window in my face! I ended up demanding a full refund of $30 and took my business elsewhere. She wouldn't tell me her name (Hispanic older female), but I will be sure to file a complaint. So disappointed!!

Guy running drive thru tonight sure is a sweet heart…
