Went to eat here tonight at 8pm with my family & the overnight staff was great! The shift manager Lashunda Kimbrough was so polite & had great customer service skills. She served us with a smile the whole dine in. She made us feel welcome & at home. The whole staff was just great! An I will be a retuning customer for sure!
Taco cabana use to be a good fast food Mexican restaurant back in the days. My most recent visit the food portion and quality was horrible. I ordered 2 beef fajita tacos and they were very skimpy with the meat and the meat was almost like beef jerky. I stay with just eating the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast tacos.
Came in to get a favor order. The manager was super sweet trying to see why it wasn't coming through but after a few minutes it showed in system. Meanwhile I waited and admired the restaurant it's cute and super clean. Oh and I thought it's so cool you can see the huge tortilla machine making tortillas from inside, that's why they are so fresh and delicious
This location is a disaster!!! It'is always short in employees. The two or three people who works there, try to do their best but is not enough and they don't use to be fast people. We, as a costumers, have to wait more than 20/30 minutes for an insignificant order.Come on Taco Cabana!!!
Don't place a mobile order and expect them to fix it in a timely manner. Placed a mobile order at 10:45 am and was already in the area. So I ran another errand and came back after 11 am. My order said it would be ready by 11:12 am. So I asked the lady at the register about the order, and she went to check. She came back and told me that it would be 5 to 10 more mins because they are taking care of the customers that ordered in the store first. I'm pretty sure my mobile order was placed before those people considering it had been over 20 mins already. So as I'm waiting and waiting, I start noticing that people who had just ordered wait a few minutes and received their food. I told one guy that I had been waiting in the store for 20 minutes now and still not received my food. So after waiting a total of 45 minutes, I finally got my food.
This location is always clean when we visit. Food is great for when you're craving a quick Tex-Mex meal. Only downside is they only ever have one person at the register which can make it a little slow moving at busy lunch hour times. Other than that service is always great and friendly.
Man and woman working at this location in there have no respect for their customers. They make people wait outside in the parking lot for very long there are 3 cars waiting they were behind me in drive through. I asked for red salsa he said its in their and it wasn’t. Gives ng attitude. If they don’t like to work there find different job.
The food was absolutely horrid!!! Let’s start that I like Taco Cabana and have ate there for years. This food experience was horrible… a complete waste of money . The steak on my cabana bowl was burned and the shell was not fresh. And they gave very few pieces of meat anyway. The flautas on the other meal was over done. The margaritas was ghastly. It was by far the worst Taco Cabana experience I’ve ever had; and as of right now I don’t intend to go back in the near future. The cashier was nice… but the food gets a solid ZERO.
Micah was so good and on top of helping everyone both in the front and back end of the store while everyone else was dragging their feet. Micah was great with customer service and that’s the reason I gave it 4/5 stars, they need more employees like him here!
I placed an order via the app. The order took longer to fill than the app suggested. But I know the staff inside was working hard and shorthanded. They got our order right and the food was great.
