Every macaron I have tried has been delicious, but my favorites are the creme brulee, passion fruit, guava, and tirimisu. The staff is also very friendly. You must try this gem!
BY FAR the best macarons in Texas ? I have been quite the macaron connoisseur several years now and Sweet Intensity takes the crown over and over again. I live in the city and drive out just for this incredibly delicious treat ? Better priced, kinder staff, more diversity in flavors (seasonal surprises as well), and better tasting macarons then ANY you will find elsewhere!!
I am a French macaron addict. I've tried just about every place that sells macarons in the Houston and Katy area- and I've got to say this place has the BEST macarons. The owner bakes them all herself and you can taste the care she puts in to the quality and flavors.One of my standards for judging a macaron is how flavorful the shell is. It's easy to let the filling do all the work, but it takes more skill to get the shell to pack a punch. These macarons do not disappoint in that area.If you're adventurous, I highly recommend the fig and goat cheese flavor. She keeps seasonal flavors in rotation, so pop in regularly to see what's changed!

The macarons were delicious! I got 2 dozen and still was not able to get all the flavors. They maintained well in the fridge the next few days. I finished them in 2 days and they stayed delicious. I plan on visiting again!
