the food is not so bad, but what is bad is the customer service, they don't even say good afternoon or evening, much less thank you, the person who always attends takeout orders is always bitter as if she were forced to being there and in the reviews you find of this place they always complain about customer service and I really think they don't care, they continue to treat the customer as if they were doing them a favor
I ordered hibachi chicken with Szechuan sauce…When I got home and opened it up there was NO SAUCE, it was so dry I couldn’t eat it. I called the restaurant to tell them and they absolutely didn’t care!!!! I understand restaurants are seriously struggling right now but to act like you don’t care and are not appreciative of someone’s business is absolutely absurd….
Recent deliveries by ‘BeyondMenu’ the Asian delivery service have become a nightmare. Having to wait two plus hours for delivery is ridiculous especially since I live less than 2 miles from Suzie Wong’s Chinese Restaurant. Maybe Susie Wong’s Chinese Restaurant should not offer delivery service instead of disappointing and losing customers. Also quality of sauce has become too runny. I believe they have changed chefs. Quantity serving size changes at time no longer consistent making changing Chinese Restaurant easier.
Food is good and service is nice. Very clean compared to many other Chinese restaurants. However the taste is very average. Nothing really wows me in the menu, I have tried it at least 8 times.
Suzie Wongs is dominant! My wife and I have been ordering from here for years and the food is always amazing, portions are always great, and the delivery comes quick.
Today my husband and I experienced the worse services ever…. We had been waiting for an hour for our food and as we were waiting we had noticed that we had got there before a family and two other guys that had walked in, and as we are waiting, I saw that the waiter had brought there food out before our food, so my husband decided to go and ask the waitress that what was the reason our food was taken so long and why did the other people get there food before ours, when we had go there way before they did, the waitress was so rude and said…… I didn’t know how much longer it’s going to take… you can just leave and she walked away. We have been eating at this place for about 3 years and never had experience this before. We will not be returning to this place ever again. Those people are just so rude and unprofessional
Decent food, and price is ok. However, delivery service is slow. We need other Chinese restaurants on this block^^
Good value. Good service. Food was good. Portions were large and enough for take home and another meal.
I ordered 6 dishes to go, I got home and they forgot one dish. I called them, they were too busy to deliver and said they would reimburse me and give me a free one the next time. They never reimbursed me! I will not be eating at Suzie Wongs again.
I've had them deliver and I ordered in person for takeout. Both times good. They're really pleasant and food is really good. Only reason not 5 ⭐ is personal preference on taste of my cashew chicken and lunch doesn't include drink for $8.25. I'll probably still come back. Like my cashew chicken a little sweeter but it was very freshly made.
