It’s been a while that I’ve been out to a sushi place that had a featured item. I really really miss that as it has always set the bar for me as what kind of place I’m in.Impressive quality food and service. (Thank you Coco)Will be back soon. Love it here.
We have been coming here for years but the food has gone down hill and the service is absolutely terrible and rude. We waited forever just to place our order which took forever and they left items out and another 30 plus just to get our check. We will not be coming back. So many other good sushi places available.
Over all I would not be coming back. The sashimi did not taste fresh by any means. Rolls were all typical maki rolls. Service was below average for me. Hand rolls lacked flavor. I didn't have an major stomach issue going in but as I ate ,and from the time I left to the rest of that day, my stomach was completely upset. Overall 2 stars for creativity and a decent space. Too large for a sushi spot in my opinion.
The food is good but beware of leaving your recipes blank. I order online for coworkers and myself. The last time I left the tip and total section blank. Thinking that maybe I could trust them. Nope. They gave themselves a $20 tip on my $62 order. I will be reaching out to them.
Best sushi in Houston/Katy. The nigiri was super fresh and taste similar to the $$$$ sushi restaurants in Houston. The bento box was awesome too and the speciality rolls were some of the best I have ever had. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night or for a casual eating experience. The wait staff was so attentive and made sure I was satisfied with my meal! Definitely check this place out!
Never really had any poor experiences before, but today was an issue. We placed an online order in advance, for pickup. But it seems like they did not start making it until I arrived to pick it up.A bit disappointed.And the worst part is the gentleman can tell I'm in a rush, and is proceeding to slowly and calmly get the order together. Does not seem to be the least bit concerned. Too many other good options in Katy for subpart service.Back to Sushi Neato for us.
We’re going to have to look for another sushi place. The food was good but this is the second trip in a row where the service was HORRIBLE!!! Was seated at a booth for over 20 minutes before we were able to grab a waiter to place our order. The waiter was assigned to our booth but couldn’t find who was so he took our order and about another 10 minutes later brought our tea and appetizer. Then we waited for over 45 minutes to get our order to the table. Bad bad business!

I have traveled the world eating sushi (all over United States, Central/South America, Europe, South Pacific, and of course even Japan). Sushi Hana is my favorite sushi outside of Japan, this is more to do with nostalgia and not the taste or quality as sushi Hana excels in taste and quality. It’s always a pleasant experience as the staff are excellent, and a special shout out to Alan who is always a pleasure. Highly recommend, and make sure to try the baby octopus sushi - it’s amazing with a bit of wasabi, soy sauce, and wrapped in a shiso leave (the green leaf in the picture.) enjoy!
The Sushi is great but management is missing the point. I order every week from them and today, after spending $ 30 on a pick up order, I asked for 3 little cups of eel sauce and they told me next time they will charge me $ 0.25 each, when I buy from them at least $ 130 per month...bad marketing. They will lose clients this way.
