I have been to this location several times now and have yet to have any issues with the staff, quality or freshness. In fact, they seem to always be properly staffed and hustling to get orders out in proper speed.Strangely enough, it seems the customers here tend to be more entitled and sensitive with their special sandwiches. They are probably the same people who need that extra soy in their lattes at Starbucks, and are sure to verify it does in fact have that double chai.One thing I dislike is the payment terminal asks for a tip. I would much rather pay a bit more, than to tip for a fast food takeout order.

It can't be that hard to train your people to make a proper sandwich. I told the staff member to make me the new Baja chicken &bacon. They then asked me what meat I wanted. Like what? I just told you. I told them to make it however it's supposed to be made, how they were trained to make it. The staff then asked me what veggies I wanted. I just told you to make it how it's originally meant to be made, but I guess they aren't trained how to make sandwiches. Sandwich itself wasn't bad but how are you going to offer new sandwiches and not train your staff to make them?

Many items not restocked or available.. Tins were empty..

Soooo good!!! I came here yesterday with one of my daughters for lunch, the food was so good I brought my other two kids for dinner. There is a guy there who used to manage a Subway in Times Square NY he’s amazing! I had to come back today so in two days Subway got me three times lol. (I had a meatball sub toasted it was hot and the guy who made my sandwich suggested me really good extras) and the little lady he works with is so sweet. All in all Customer Service A++, food was just as good and the service and this place is kah-leen lol Subway don’t let who ever works the 2:50pm shift go I came back because of your people they are gems. Sincerely a very satisfied customer ?

Horrible experience..

This review is specifically for Elizabeth and Kat! Y’all are absolutely amazing and make great sandwiches every time. This location is by far one of the best in the area, and it’s because of Elizabeth and Kat… they are always accommodating and have the best customer service. Thank you for a great experience, I’ll be back!

This the Worst managed Subway I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Iwill never step foot ever again even in front of this place.Subway needs to take over this place or close it down, I have had nothing but lousy experience here! No More!

Terrible service and slow. Ordered online and got there 10 min after the appointed "ready" time, order was not even started. After Samantha finished the only current customer, she confirmed that I was there for pick up. She then starts on my order, but when 3 teenagers walked in, stops my order and starts on their order. When I inquired about my order and wonder why she stopped making my order to serve the 3 teenage boys that came after me physically, she then went back to my order. She then proceeded to tell all subsequent customers that walked in later it's a huge online order and it'd be quite a bit of wait. (My order was total of 4 sandwiches and 2 cookies). Total wait time for the 4 sandwiches was 45 min. If I had not already paid online, I would have left.

I just walked out of this location and it's filthy. I got to the counter and happened to look down and there is paper and utencils all over the floor. The trash is overflowing so they throw it on the floor i assume. I will never patronize this location again. I had more tomatoes on my salad than lettuce. I did not see anyone that looked like a manager. This location needs a do-over. They need to shut down and start over.
