I Go there a lot and there is a xx hard working young man there and he is very good ? infant he should be a manager at this location infant I just left there and he was there ( know that's the kind of employee that I would love to be working with) Give him a ??for he's work with subway. I just wanted to say ty for being a great subway employee and have a great night !!
Very bad experience!!! Not welcome!! The employee was complaining, showing attitude , very rude and making faces ?... Started putting veggies away at 7:30pm when it's says they are open till 10pm.. phone was ringing and he was talking to himself saying I don't wanna answer it and let it ring.. After I finished paying, I was waiting for him to slide my sandwich but no he just left without saying anything... if you dont want my business, let me take to somewhere else who deserve it. I wish I can give negative 1 star.
The store is open till 10. So we placed an online order at 9.30. There was a single person serving at the store. The server was agitated that we put in a long order, frustrated and kept ranting that it was only one person there for the past 4 hours, about how it would be midnight to reach home. The bad part was how all that translated into the server rushing and roughing up the sandwiches which ended up leaking sauces, bread cut bad, the packaging messed up, let alone switching gloves between handling the veg and non-veg items. The veg and non-veg sandwiches were mixed up, no labels and when we asked, the server said there wasn't enough time to put on the labels!We went to subway for a peaceful happy meal, but we the server's agony and angst ruined it all and turned into the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway. The 1* only applies to the Highland Knolls store, I've loved subway elsewhere.
I show them a picture of a tuna sandwich and they got me pepperoni instead never been disappointed in my life before… and the worker gave me attitude when I told her I wanted a tuna sandwich.
Ive came many times to this subway before and never have I been so disappointed. They didn't have anything stocked. No bellpeppers,Avocado, Spinach, mozarella cheese,they didn't have a lot of bread. I went in with multiple orders and the young boy with no hairnet,mask wasn't on properly ,pants falling off the waist rolled his eyes when asked for an additional sandwich. The vegetables were falling off the sandwich, he didn't know where any of the sauces were. He needs more training.
get some new people in there because the ones you got working are an absolute joke.
A good stop in place near the George Bush trail head (and across the next park) This place has been spotless on my last few visits and the sandwich makers listen, smile and make a good sub...what else is there to say.
The male employee who works today was using foul language when i didn’t give my order as fast as he wanted. He should not work with the public if he doesn’t have patience.
So Subway is Subway right? What I can day about this one, is when I went it was the 4th of July, and the lady working was very nice, and made my Sister and I a great sandwich. I would definitely eat here again.
