Terrible customer service. Made an order on the app. Restaurant called me to let me know they are cancelling the order because they are out of bread. I needed to make another order on the app, so I waited for a while for them to cancel the order, then called them. They said they'll cancel the order. Waited again, then got a call saying they will cancel my order tomorrow morning because the manager is not available and there is nothing they can do.
Slow service, food is ok.
It’s currently 10:53am and the hours of this location have it opening at 10:00am; the doors are locked and chairs are still up. This location is inconsistent with their quality, service, and apparently now their operating hours.
The young man was by himself.. which I get short staffed.. but he was very rude, had AirPods in his ear and kept telling me he couldn’t hear me…. My bread was torn up…. One sandwich only had a couple meatballs per side…. I was not charged correctly… the Tuesday special was 6.50 oven roasted.. so I had one of those and a foot long meatball meal … he charged the chicken as the meal instead of by itself and the meatball as the individual, voiding out any discount I should have received… this is why subway is going out of business…. They don’t care and don’t train their employees well… I’ll be going elsewhere ( firehouse… jersey mikes)
What a surprise to meet two awesome Subway representatives , Sabrina and Jessica. They were welcoming, friendly, making sure to give options, also explaining things. Nice to see a business which not just wants customers but make them happy and permanent customers.Thanks to both of you.Also Sabrina you made me a great sandwich, this was first time to your store and great experience???.
Tall girl did not cut my sandwich, try to put blame on the other other girl, otherwise good sandwich.

Staff and service were great. Restaurant was clean, but the veggies were rotten. Sorry, but that's on management/ownership. I will avoid this location now.
Great location! Two young people boy and especially girl working very hard! I came around 12pm and the girl that was working today was nice, I love subway and this location, I just wish there were not online orders constantly beeping
Ordered 4 sandwiches girl Was all alone and was very sweet and kind! Name started I think with an S! I appreciated her warm personality! And overall enjoyed the customer service!
