Placed a mobile order for a ham and turkey sub with cheese and nothing else. I placed the order and everything looks good. Then, I'm looking at the receipt and it says that I put spinach and other veggies and took the cheese off. Told the guy at the register the issue and he is questioning me about the order and how do i know there is an issue if i haven't recieved the food. He turned to his employees and spoke another language and then started laughing. Then he acted like it was a huge issue to fix it the way originally order it. They were very rude and not helpful at all.
Pay attention to what you are charged here. Was charged for double protein on a regular footlong. When I brought it up at checkout, they suddenly didn't understand anything I was saying. Paid the extra money, for extra protein I didn't receive, but will not be returning

I get times are tough but when someone orders a 16 dollar sandwich that’s supposed to be double protein and there is maybe 4 slices of meat that’s ridiculous. There was a steady flow of customers coming in with wrong orders which mine was wrong also (no tomato’s). Also all the fountain drinks were empty, I’ll drive farther to skip this subway from now on. Now i gotta go eat my 16 dollar piece of bread and wash it down with some Dr.Pepper water.
worst customer service ever. Two women employees don't know how to treat the customers. They dont understand what you are saying which is a serious concern.
Have gone there 4 times and it takes the least 15 minutes to get a sandwich and I'm usually the only customer in there. Horrible service.
We went there and there were 2 woman working. One woman was on her phone while making our sandwich. They didn’t understand what we were trying to order either. The proportions of the veggies were also messed up, the put around 7 black olives and put 40 jalapeños. Fairly slow too. Would not recommend.
I came here and the lady said hold on a minute. I stood there watching her making other sandwiches while there was Noone in the store but her and me for 15 minutes and I just decided to just leave cause it was just ridiculous. #bestcustomerserviceoftheyear
