Horrible Customer Service! The older guy has a nasty attitude, I told him hi and thank you, no response or smile, he definitely should not be working there if he is not happy!If you going to be working in the food industry and with customers smile! I wish I had subway HQ number I will make a report! Have a meeting with your team!
HORRIBLE! As soon as I opened the door I saw the guy look my way and didn’t even smile or greet us (me, mom and brother). My brother asked for the keys for the restroom and I immediately saw he was annoyed when he asked so I said “oh hellno” and decide to just walk out and leave. Horrible costumer service.
Never ever EVER ordering from this subway ever again. Placed my order for pick up @ 11:55am and I get here there is a huge line. My order is not on the shelf. It is now 12:15 and the girl is barely making my sandwich. What is the point of ordering online if it’s not made at the time your supposed to pick it up?
Horrible customer service at 1215 fry rd location and driver had to go back multiple times because they didn't send my whole order and it only was a three item order
HORRIBLE!! Worst subway ever! Waited a while before Lady came out. She was on phone in back and brought it with her to counter and kept it on with person on line still talking as I tried to order. I asked if she was going to turn it off(in spanish), it seemed like she just turned volume off. She then started order (after just touching her phone with her gloves),she smushed bread, I asked her to toast it before putting tuna,she nodded her head yes then proceeded to add cheese (didn't even ask if I wanted any). At that point I told her I didn't want anything and I walked out. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
I don’t ever leave reviews, this is my first...I had never been at a subway where the lady making your sandwich can’t even smile or act somewhat polite ...I’m super polite and friendly and I even talked to her in Spanish but nope seemed like she wanted to beat someone up ? also why do they cut up tomatoes that are green/yellow all over? They had the worse looking tomatoes and worse looking jalapeños I’ve seen at any subway ...why ? ...I still paid it and ate some of it but I’m so disappointed
Someone asked for the bathroom key when they return it the lady grab it with their gloves and then you should start making the sandwich disgusting this place is disgusting
John gave us Great service. He was polite and attentive which is rare at subway.

The Hispanic lady’s are very rude and can bearly speak English. They don’t even read the receipts or ever toast my order when I do. As if they never understand, they catch attitudes , ignore you when you ask them to do anything, third time they done this so it’s time for a review . Will not return to this location, I will drive farther for better service
