Staff very bad ?
Staff behavior super bad , chatting with his friend leaving us waiting for more than 15 minutes

The Barista Megan was very rude when I came up there was no one else there and she did not greet me she just walked away. I waited for her to come back and then ordered the Matcha tea and some food she didnt mix the powder in and it was very clumpy at this point there were more ppl in line so I tried to swirl it around myself to dissolve it but it was not going to work so I asked her for a shaker so I could shake it myself she had a really big attitude with me and started basically talking back rolling her eyes saying that she stired it in and like they don’t give her a whisk she’s also a macho drinker so I told her I was like hey well if you drink the clumps of Matcha powder is gonna be sick and she’s like well I’m a macha drinker and enrolled her eyes at me again. Very very rude person. I have ordered this drink many times and have never had clumps of powder at the bottom of my cup or floating in my drink this was @ 8:30am on 9/7/2021

Both baristas making drinks looking off cards and super slow. They need to have atleast one person who knows how to make drinks. Made me late to work. On top charged me for 3 cake pops when I asked for 2 and didn’t even have them in stock!And my drink tasted like boiled water with hint of whip cream. I ordered a caramel macchiato.

The staff at this Starbucks was what Starbucks might identify as perfect. I would go out of my way and skip a drive thru just to encounter this location again. Shout out to Lazaro for the excellent service specifically!
Asked for a pumpkin cream cold brew. Lady didn’t foam it. Ruined the whole point of the drink. She noticed but didn’t care.
