Saturday June 18th around 8:40 am I placed an order for Mango Dragon fruit the lady was in such a hurry didn't let me finish placing my order I had to be like with lemonade.. when she charged me I wasn't given a receipt so i don't know her name. I was given a Strawberry drink instead. When I told her she had an attitude. She gave me my Mango Dragon Fruit drink with an attitude and no label, so I asked if it had lemonade.. she responded with an attitude "I made it myself, yes it has lemonade " well ,she is the one that took my order and yet gave me the wrong drink. Definitely too early to have an attitude. If you don't like your job look for a different one.
I visited around 8:00 pm twice within two consecutive weeksBoth times I ordered a hot coffee and got room temperature coffee. My first visit I asked if they put my cup in a microwave to warm up the coffee. The following week I didn't even bother to drink it. I can only assume that the shop is getting ready to close and won't brew a fresh pot of coffee.

Love this place. My both moms love the stars buck hot coffee and almond croissant. Sara’s an Ryan’s customers services are above and beyond. They are awesome. ??
My mom and I were going to use a gift card but when it didn’t work, a barista gave us a drink on the house. #Greatcustomerservice
If I could give it ZERO stars I would. This location sucks. They never seem to have anything. Half of the time you go at night and all of a sudden they don’t have anything you try to order. Including honey. They don’t even mention they don’t have the item they just say “I can’t make that right now”. . This location is only two minutes away from me and I prefer going to the one in greenhouse even if it’s further. For a Starbucks so close to home it’s completely useless. Not only do they never have anything but workers are rude. They don’t even greet you. This is probably the worse Starbucks around the area.
Avoid this location. Went to the drive through for a coffee was given hot water with whip cream. Went back inside to ask them what this is, was given something watery with whip cream…wth? Def not a Starbucks.
The worst service I received earlier . Did not receive the right size of the drink but I still got charged of the size that I didn’t get . I order two mango dragonfruit they both had strawberries . The peach green tea had lemonade when specifically we ask for not lemonade.
I would suggest you go to literally any other location. Drinks are often made wrong. Just received my food still cold. Staff does not greet you or ask what you need they will literally just stand there in silence doing nothing or chatting to each other when you walk in. Was once told to pull forward in the drive through and waited in my car for over ten minutes while other cars pulled around me to leave before parking and walking in and the cashier literally said “oh i told you to pull up huh? man i completely forgot about you”No one in the store seems to care whether or not they are doing their job at all including the manager.
Waited 3 min to be greeted. Then I asked for large since it is ‘small’, but got the wrong size. The girl with blue hair dye was mean as she ‘tried’ to explain the wrong size.
