Ordered 3 drinks only got 2 drinks. Ordered a cheese danish i got a cold one. I asked her to heat it for me and she ignored me. Only 5 minutes later tell me to go do it myself. On top of being SLOW.
Always a great experience at this location, the employees are genuinely nice and helpful even when it's busy. Fast drive thru service (:
we came starbucks at 6:40 pm .however , she (Zainab) is unkind to us .We never saw like her any starbucks ..we do not want to come when she work time.
Terrible customer service. The barista was on her cell phone the entire time, used the pike place grounds when I requested blonde, made my pour over through the brewing machine, and used entirely too many grounds! Unbelievable! If I didn't happen to like strong coffee this would not be tolerable, and it's definitely not the starbucks pour over I know and love. I fear if I complained she would just make it worse

Great place to stop for coffee! But my iced coffee was a little to watery.

I feel silly for leaving a review. But come on... I order the same thing every time I get Starbucks. A skinny vanilla latte. SUGAR FREE. Tasted sugary. I asked the girl if she used the sugar free syrup. She said yes. Why lie? Tastes like a sugary frap. Gross. Waste of 5 bucks
