My favorite Starbucks location. Super fast and always so friendly!!
I went with my daughter and her husband, the staff greeted us with smiles. I had questions about some of the drinks and the sandwiches in the cooler, we got some drinks and I got the crispy grilled cheese and it was really good.
They warned me before serving me. The pour over coffee that I received had a lot of caffeine. I felt the rush…. Take their warnings to heart. Great customer service, Wi-Fi, and they wash and wax your car while you relax. But this happens only on Wednesdays. No. Do not take your car there to be washed, they just serve great coffee and some food.Use the Starbucks app when ordering the first coffee and you can get free refills while you are still in the store.
Every day this week so far I’ve walked up to the counter. The place is dead. There’s anywhere from 2-6 people behind the counter. No one comes to take my order or acknowledges my existence for like 5+ whole minutes. At least go tell someone I’m here that’s going to take my order but don’t ignore me completely ya know? It’s awkward lol. This isn’t usual but it’s not unusual. No “welcome” or “bye, thanks” which I don’t care about really. But like acknowledge your ppl when they come up to the counter like ???? Lol
Noisy music, not relaxing, in my opinion. My coffee was not so good, my husband said his pick was ok. Our sandwiches were not so good either. I like the Italian coffee shop much better.
They good. If you visit am hours. Evening and weekends late nite. They always have a Green Crew.
Just left this location and am so disappointed. From start to finish the experience was awful. The employee taking orders did not know what he was doing multiple times. Sold us items they did not have in stock. Multiple employees were hanging out on their phones openly using profane language instead of making our drinks. Once the drinks were made they were sitting on the counter by the window melting while the employee at the window was distracted by the other mentioned employees. This location has always been mediocre and todays experience solidified that. Hopefully someone from management sees this and can address the issues this location is having.
The staff at this location is always so friendly in the drive thru. I stop here almost every day on my way to work & they are usually pretty fast also ?
Just came for a coffee and service was good and the store was clean.
