When I go to a coffee shop, I usually go inside to place my order. I do not like sitting in a long line of cars with my car idling and wasting gas unnecessary. When I place my order inside, the baristas are friendly and the service is prompt.I have used the drive thru a few times when the line was not too long. In my opinion, the the service is slow in the drive-thru. On my last visit, I waited in the drive-thru for 10-15 minutes with only three cars ahead of me.
Too busy and they were focused more on making drinks for those using the app than in store customers. Waited and waited both to order and to get the coffee afterwards.
The Barista's at Starbucks were nice and the coffee was good and made right!
Very friendly and fast service
This is by far my favorite Starbucks to come to in the area. All the employees are so nice and they’re always quick to make my order. Never had any problems here.
Here is the deal. I do food and drink deliveries for some extra cash often and am a huge Starbucks fan with a very specific order. Honestly of the four starbucks I regularly visit in our area, this one is the slowest, least accurate and least polite or friendly when it comes to staff. Do yourself a favor and go to the Highland Knolls/westgreen one or the mason and Franz one.
Very wonderful experience. It was Veteran's day and we thought we could get a caramel Macchiato for free, but it was only for a coffee. The young lady behind the corner understood the confusion and applied the Vet discount for us anyway and we're very grateful! Wonderful employees and great experience!
I’ve frequented this Starbucks for a couple of years now. It’s definitely a locals gathering place. Most customers know each other. It’s located near a Sheriffs office, so it a safe place to have have coffee, study or meet up with friends.

I love my Starbucks!! The Baristas are really nice and always make me feel welcomed, and my mobile order coffee is usually out quickly too. It's like cheers they always greet me with my name as I walk in to get my coffee.
