HeyI asked nicely to the server name Celia and my order was still wrong. When I asked if she could correct she asked me was I sure it was wrong? YES! It has no sweetener maybe try it. I did my orders fixed after they made me wait until the serviced 3 other costumers. Worst experience I’ve ever had and this is LaCenterra in Cinco Ranch. Very disappointed in the customer services!!!
I order Uber eats from here at least twice a week.I always always get Toffee nut from other stores on the Uber app, but for some reason this store doesn’t have toffee nut on the app.So I enter caramel syrup so at least I pay for it, then I call and ask them to make it with toffee nut and not caramel.Today I called and a woman answered and told me that she’s seen me call and do this several times (yes becusse I want toffee nut but they don’t have it set up on the app) and that “i need to start entering the order correctly through Uber”.Excuse me? It’s not my fault they aren’t caught up to speed with the other Starbucks. I’m a GM at a new restaurant and I know how easy it is to get things adjusted on the Uber eats app. So to tell me, the guest, to input it correctly when it’s not even in my hands, is very bad customer service. First thing in the morning and this lady telling me to make sure I do it correctly…not happy
Stopped here on a whim while traveling, they didn’t have a drive-through opportunity so I tried to go in. If she was, I had my puppy with me and didn’t wanna leave him in my car. They were super kind and took my order from outside and brought it out to me, highly recommend this location
This establishment has a great location, and very patient employees, but it looks dirty, from the entrance doors, the windows, the tables... It is shameful.
I like this spot a lot. It's located in a beautiful shopping area and has both indoor and outdoor seating. Usually very busy, but the service is still warm and friendly. My favorite is their pistachio latte - available in both iced and hot versions - both are delicious and not too sweet. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but there's a nearby parking garage if you need it. I also appreciate that all staff consistently wear masks. Wonderful place to stop after a long day of shopping.
Not a fan of the coffee here lately. So acidy. Staff and service is very cold. Can barely understand them through the masks which do nothing to stop viruses. Very robotic!
This location has the best service team. Very friendly and professional staff. Stop last night and ask for the usual Pikes Place coffee. Justin the barista mention it was just starting to brew and for the inconvenience of having to wait 2 - 3 minutes I got my coffee free. Great service. Also, this location is always super nice and very clean.
I don't understand why they sell ice for 5 bucks. All frappys should be renamed to ice frappacino.
We are currently here - I have never been in a Starbucks as dirty as this location - bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in days , windows and doors, tables , plexi glass - disgusting
The Cinco Ranch Starbucks is Awesome and the ultimate reason I'm a Fan! I have visited locations all across the USA and nobody can beat the am crew at this location! Taylor, Nathan, Jasmine and everyone in the morning deserves two raises! Keep smiling and killing it team!!
