Today June 8, my trucks battery died in the drive through line. A wonderful girl came and helped me & was not able to. I burned her cables and feel horrible but the fact that she went above and beyond to help me I was super grateful ! & the managers and the other team members that helped me were amazing and told me everything was okay. I greatly appreciate how much they helped me with this situation and how patient they were considering no one was able to order drive through.. outstanding patience & customer service. This is my forever location.

I really like this location because every time I order something it’s always right and they are nice about it. Whether it’s inside or going through the drive thru. A special shoutout goes to the guy from the drive thru I believe his name is Khalid; he’s very polite and nice Especially the times I have gone to this location he takes my orders and is professional about it. However I do have to say it does take a bit long to get my item(s). Other than that I’m satisfied ?

so i put in a mobile order in at 6:30 am i didn’t receive my order until 6:55 am . The staff was serving ppl who just walked in before they served mobile orders . The staff was also just standing around talking . Not only was i late to work because of this they served me the wrong drink and size . i paid for it extra for a trenta with different syrups and instead i got a tall without the extra things i paid for . worst starbucks ever will not be coming back .

ally(i hope to god i spelled that right) was very helpful and was a great customer service rep. a $1+raise would definitely be appreciated for all those workers because of how busy it could be but how professional they are always.

I don’t do that many reviews but just doing it so hopefully they can adjust or find ways to improve. This Starbucks does take a really long time, regardless of drive through or inside. Been climb my to this location for 6 months because it is right next yo me. But honestly I just do the mobile order now. But my main thing that I experience here is that almost every time I come for a mobile order I am almost always never greeted or never asked if I have an order or if I am waiting on anything. Just came now and had my drink sitting there just waiting for a lid for like 5-7 minutes. No communication. Again just doing the review to see if it’ll help them out or not

No matter what time of day… they are always extremely slow .. I’ve even tried going inside to place my order thinking it would be faster… it was just as slow. One time someone even completely forgot my order

40 minutes for two drinks in the drive thru. I don’t know about you, but that just baffles my mind. However, I believe this may be an issue concerning how understaffed this Starbucks is. Regardless, drive a couple more minutes to Starbucks on Mason Rd or Katy Asian Town for better drinks with a lesser wait time.

Drive-thru was Excellent service even though I couldn't get my favorite drink as they were out of the ingredients. I still received superb service

Fast drive through service but lines can be really long!

If you have an eternity to wait, this is the spot for you. I hate leaving bad reviews but this location is absolutely horrible with drive through service. I’ve never experienced such slow service. You either need more employees or better training. I never come here after my last few experiences and decided to give it another try. Currently sitting in line for 20min writing this review.
