Friendly staff and quick service! Even when there's a long line, it moves very fast.
The service attitude was not good. At 8:30, I told me that the door was closed and not for sale. For two consecutive days, a boy waiter told me that the door was closed at 8:30, which was very bad.
Employees are courteous and quick. Fast in and out experience with no problems.

I waited for a while as there was just a trainee at the counter and the manger was somewhere else in the store. I didn't much mind the over 5 minutes to order, but it was how the manger acted when she came back to work. Maybe it was a busy morning whatever, but I at least expected some sort of nice service. She didn't even look at me as I ordered or apologized for the wait. The receipt machine was broken so I stood there for a minute or two as she struggled with that. Then there was no other communication that my transaction was completed.. so I just walked to the pick up counter where I watched the manger make someone else's drink who was behind me in line and the trainee gave me my pumpkin bread broken up in the bag, then finally made my drink after warming up someone else's food order. The extra wait was something that was minor that ended up making me more frustrated by the service I received. I was in a great mood this morning but not much anymore. Providing 2 stars because the last time I came here it was a different employee who was great and efficient.
24-NOV-2019There was only one lady at the counter and was little rude.I asked her extra hot coffee's. 1 dark roast extra hot, 1 cappuccino extra hot and the other one regular hot.She said their coffee is always hot and I believed her and when I started driving back and when we tried having it, it was extra cold rather than hot.As we needed to drive to Dallas, we didn't have time to return back to that store.Horrible experience with the coffee and the person
Typical in-store Starbucks. A lot of high school kids buying their pumpkin spice latte right before school. Also a lot of moms getting their fix while on their cellphone and pushing the racecar shopping cart. The staff is just as bored and inattentive here as other Starbucks. Wish I could give it a higher star level.
