This is the best staff in Starbucks stores we have come across in the last few years. We have been in the,area a few days and stop in every morning. The Batistas greet everyone who comes in. I see regulars greeted by name. All this while the whole team is working together the face the morning rush. Coffee is great. Great work manager and store staff!!
I ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew & they told me it would be 30 minutes before there would be any cold brew...this was after I waited in line & could not leave until the folks in front of me left. Then when I came back later they had no venti cups. :(
Fast service and order was perfect. When traveling for work, it's nice to be able to have a nice cup of coffee and breakfast in the morning. My choice to go when I'm traveling through Katy
The is the quickest Starbucks I have ever been to. It’s close to my home and The staff is always in a happy mood. I love it
It’s usually a hit or miss at this location. I order the same drink every-time but somehow it always tastes so different. Today I went in and got my drink and had to go back in because the coffee smelled like spoiled milk. I asked the barista to remake it if possible and she did but with the same dairy product she added on the last coffee, so there was no regard for that ?
Busy drive through wasn't aware the dining area was open. Needs individual creamers not a small cup given to us. Good fresh coffee.
Black tea couldn't used more sugar hubby said. My drink great tho!!!
Icelene is the nicest person that’s ever helped me at Starbucks. She should be their ambassador. She’s amazing.
Terrible! If you don't make mobile order in sequential order, just close your mobile app. I ordered online and ended up waiting in store. The lady came behind me and ordered after me got her drinks and snacks. Mine has not been started yet until I asked the staff. It's very fast to make my drink but they didn't do it in a sequential order. BTW, I order light ice and ended up with a cup of drink with 70% of the cup filled with ice. If I have choice, won't be back here. Half an hour for a pink drink? And ignore mobile order only take care of in store and drive through? No thanks.This is my first one star review.
Slow motion and super rude staffs. Horrible service. This location is making Starbucks brand turn to worse. You should hire a friendly, nice and professional staffs instead.
